Do not go to Autonation Ford of Mobile. The worst hands down dealership I've ever dealt with. The GM is unprofessional and disrespectful. His name is Maier ,Mark Greenlee is the worst service rep ever,lies won't repair their screw up on my SUV. . They set you up for an appointment and once you get there I was told to leavey car for a week or two before they can get to it.3 times I was lied to and they won't provide a loaner car. GM will not return my multiple phone calls ,left multiple messages I'm seeking an attorney to sue them. I reported them to Ford consumer rights center and the BBC. They are the absolute worst.

I had an appointment on Friday. However did not get my truck back till Wed of the next week. They didn't start doing my truck till Monday for the Oil change and tire rotation. They didn't look at the A/C issue till Tueaday. Why have an Appt when they do not work on the vehicle till the next week. I am not happy and will probably not be taking my vehicle back to to you. I will find a new shop.At least you got the Lugs on and tightened properly this time

I would like to thank AutoNation Ford for a spectacular service of my vehicle and reasonable price oil change, tire rotation and air filter change. My serviceman that day was very professional and showed care when I didn’t have enough FordPass points to cover the bill. I was only a few points away and he said it’s ok. I truly appreciate the warmth of the visit and the excellence of customer service.

Had my oil and filter changed and my service man Ryan Reeves did another outstanding job! He advised me I was in need of tires before my next oil change and my tire sensor was out. He recommended tires and printed out a quote for me . Can’t thank him enough for being so helpful! Great job!

Auto Nation Ford is great!!! I bought a used Nissan from them, and for the price, it was well worth it. They had to do a few minor things to it, but am happy so far with their service repairs and purchase!!! This is where you come if you need a vehicle!!! Update: Still in 2025 am pleased with the service at Auto Nation. Update: Still great service. Appreciate their service department!!!

I approved multiple items to be completed via text with Robert , Kyle whoever he is and upon picking up my car two weeks later none but one were done or even on the order . This falls on management , just how ?! How are you not checking this shit . Never again , this is why my truck came from Joe Bullard last month .

I arrived about 30 minutes early for a scheduled oil change/tire rotation. I was greeted upon arrival and assured I would be taken care of even with me being early. Lobby was clean with a hot pot of coffee waiting :-)! While waiting I was informed they were waiting on a filter to be delivered and as soon as it arrives they would get me all finished up and ready to go. Overall I waited about 2 hours, which is exactly the amount of time I assumed it would be (this was a Saturday morning appointment). I've only used AutoNation Ford for my oil changes since the purchase of my vehicle in 2023 and I will continue to use them for the life of my vehicle. Thank you AutoNation Ford for all of your hard work, you are greatly appreciated.

I was hearing a noise coming from the rear of my truck so I took my truck to my cousin who’s a mechanic. He told me I needed to have some bearings replaced and probably some rotors too, but his price was going to be much higher than the dealership. So I set an appointment online with the dealership for a Monday at 10:30 in the morning. I took my truck in and was greeted by a guy and I told him what I was there for. They didn’t look busy at all. Fast forward to Wednesday morning When I still hadn’t heard from anyone I called and asked for an update and the woman told me that they hadn’t even looked at my truck yet and there were still four cars ahead of mine that needed to be looked at. I didn’t understand the purpose of having an appointment Just to have my truck sit there for two days and not be even touched. I had even asked about a loaner car or a rental and was told they didn’t offer either of those services. Thursday morning rolls around and that’s when I got my first text message Telling me they were going to put my truck on the rack and figure out what was wrong with it. Keeping in mind, I had already told them what was wrong with it. By the end of Thursday, I had received a text telling me what needed to be repaired And I told them to proceed and was then told it would probably be Wednesday before I was able to pick my truck up again. On what planet does anyone think someone can be without their car for nine days I thought. Luckily I was able to pick it up Tuesday morning Which meant I was without my vehicle for eight days. Now I will say that the person on the other end of the text messages was at least thorough and honest and forthcoming and trustworthy. Her name was Shelby. The reason for my three star review it’s because of the incredible wait time that was involved with dropping my truck off on a Monday And not even having it looked at until Thursday.

I had no appointment but service was completed within time estimate given at check-in. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Service manager was pleasant an saw to all my concerns.

I'll give them five stars. Because they got to the problem and they fixed it it wasn't nothing but a minor problem. The service department was really quicker than anticipated. And really really nice people. And I'm glad I have these folks to work with in the future and I recommend them to you as well. Awesome job y'all

1 star because they didn't offer less . brought in for recall, solution was a new engine. 2 weeks we will have car back to you. 3 weeks later pick car up with new engine,broke down on the way home [less than 20 miles].had it towed back to autonation a week later no news so i go by after work was told they haven't brought it in to check ,i got pushed to back of line. of course i was told no loaner ''available''. i was told they would get me a rental from hertz, go to hertz they say i will have to pay for rental ''NOTHANKS''. over a month a vehicle down with no end in sight. i have driven fords for over 40 years probably never again definitely none from autonation

We had just purchased a car and wanted an oil change and a complete inspection. A friend suggested Auto Nation Ford in Mobile. I called and spoke with Shelby in Service. Shelby's answers to my questions, her descriptions, and her general demeanor convinced me I was contacting the right place. We brought our car at the agreed upon day and time and Shelby handled everything. A few hours later our car was ready. We were completely satisfied with the entire experience and we credit Shelby. She is the main reason we went to Auto Nation and a main reason we will return. Bob Easter

2021 F250 Lariat. Just had oil change and multi point inspection done. Service was quick and truck was ready before the agreed time. They did forget to reset my oil life. Service advisor needs to be a little more personable.

I have pros and cons about my experience. I appreciate the greeting upon arrival I didn't get that last visit. After my car got checked in I was asked if I had problems starting the engine because the technician couldn't start the car. So of course I was taken aback because that has not been my experience. I immediately called my husband who happened to be in the area and when he was informed about the battery he "didn't buy it" because again that had not been our experience. The worker assured him that Ford wouldn't intentionally do something to the car but I felt like he could have showed more empathy for his feelings. Also we've only had the car for 7 months so we weren't expecting a $300 service bill for our second service visit. I'm also a woman of a certain age so I was also surprised that Ford does not offer a complimentary basic car wash after your service especially with what we paid for an extended warranty. I will say that most of the workers who walked in the waiting area made eye contact an offered a greeting while some did not. Overall I would rate the service fair.

Horrible experience! Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 10:15 am. I arrived 20 minutes early and began to wait, at 11:55 I asked on the progress of my service and was told they were backed up and they didn’t even begin the work on my vehicle. I informed the service advisor to bring my car up and I left without having my vehicle serviced. I am not happy with a place where I have had favorable experiences in the past!

Auto Nation was wonderful to me on April 28, 2025 I had a unexpected death in the family and I was having to travel 10 hours out of state for the funeral and I needed a oil change and I never go anywhere but to ford auto service center on I65 service road in Mobile , Al so I stopped in and ask if they could do a oil change although I didn’t have a appointment and they said yes . They not only changed my oil but they also washed and detailed my vehicle. They are always so nice and helpful. Thank you so much to all the guys at auto nation. I was so stressed out and you helped me so much ! I’m so grateful!!

I recently had my Mustang Mach-E repaired at AutoNation Ford after it sustained damage from a lightning strike. From the start, the team was incredibly easy to deal with. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making the process as smooth as possible. Communication throughout the repair process was excellent — they kept me updated regularly, answered all of my questions promptly, and were always clear about what was happening next. They walked me through exactly what needed to be done, what parts were involved, and what to expect in terms of timeline and cost. That level of transparency gave me a lot of confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. When I picked up my Mach-E, it looked and performed perfectly. You’d never know it had suffered a lightning strike! The quality of work and attention to detail were outstanding. They made a stressful situation much easier to navigate and delivered great results. "AutoNation Ford Mobile failed to verify my warranty, overcharged me, and tried to upsell a $10,000 repair — never again." Terrible Experience at AutoNation Ford Mobile (April 25, 2025) Brought my F-150 in for a transmission issue. I have a Ford Protect Extended Service Plan, but they falsely told me it wasn’t covered — without even contacting Ford Protect to verify. They charged me $140 for a "diagnosis" they barely explained, then tried to push a $10,000 transmission replacement without offering any real details or options. This is not customer service — it’s careless and disrespectful. I’ll never trust them with my vehicle again and strongly advise others to be very cautious. Tim

Wanted to get 4 new tires. Never got said tires. They promised the tires were in stock when I left the truck with them all day and got shuttled to my office. When my advisor left for the day and never let me know, even though he knew full well that this was my only ride, I was upset. Never going back.

This extended visit was a mix of positive and negative. The sunroof switch was malfunctioning so I called to make an appointment. The usual pattern played out- in Monday, diagnosed Tuesday, part ordered, repair to be done Thursday, part delayed, and finally service rep not at work Friday. I went to dealer Friday since no response from rep and was told by another rep that tech was having trouble with installing part. However, I spotted my car in the holding lot behind the shop. Eventually talked to manager and a miracle occurred- after 30 minutes I got a call that the repair was completed! either someone was lying or was unaware/ not communicating within department re status of repair. Went back to dealership to get car (met by manager) but realized on the way home that the work was not quite right. Kept the car for the weekend and called manager Monday. Here is the good part: car was picked up from home, repaired correctly, and returned the same day. Communication from rep was good. Rep checked in today to verify that all was done correctly.

Made an appointment for oil change…it was a positive experience. I was there about an hour as I had been told to expect. I sat in the show room in comfortable surroundings and knocked out some work on my computer.

Well, I bought a used car. 3 days later the engine light comes on. Now, I’m upset because I feel like they knew it was a problem with the car before I bought it. Now I take it back to get it serviced and they replaced a part. I drive off the same day and a few days later engine light back on again and the car still not driving correctly! So I take it back again and they found another problem and kept my only transportation for a week and a half so I had to figure out how to get to work for a week and a half. They replaced another part on the car. I picked it up and drive off and I can tell the car is still not driving properly, so I’m sure I will be taking it back very soon. But customer service is very nice but you guys got to service vehicles better before selling them. I been to AutoNation 4 times since I bought my car in less than a month. I’m looking forward to the 5th.
