Wanted to buy window wipers . When I told the young woman helping me that I would need the wipers installed, she immediately said that would not be possible . She said they were short staffed. I and one other person were the only ones in the store and the other person was checking out. When I said I couldn't buy them unless they were installed, she said thank you for coming in and walked off.. I found this to be very rude... Will not go back. .

My wipers stopped working, I went to your establishment to get the fuses checked. Was told , they don’t check fuses. Asked them to show me where the fuses are located and tell me how to check fuses. They said, no, I would have to check my wonders manual. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service. I am now at oreilys, where I will do all my business going forward

If I could give it less than one star i would. Told me to go to the competition because he didn’t have time to help me. I was the only person in the store and needed my alternator checked. There were two people working. The store filled up while I was waiting on the gentleman to check my car. And as I stood there he told me I’d be better off going to oriellys down the street.

My car didn't start right away after turning key couple more times turned over. Batteries test showed bad at Autozone . Young lady removed my 2 yr old battery and replaced no charge still under 3 yr warranty

I found a part in another store further away at a cheaper price, it actually was mfr retail price. AutoZone wouldn't price match because they themselves added an extra year of warranty and jacked the price up 30% over retail. Their competitor price matched it though so it was all good. Just more time to run over to them. This store will not be a stop I make first anymore.

Ordered plugs and coils online for pickup, both of which were marked in stock. When I arrived, I wasn’t greeted and employees stared at me and walked away. After I told the employee I had an order, he pulled only the plugs and told me the coils were out of stock. He then charged me $230 for the coils I didn’t receive. I then asked for a refund for the products I didn’t receive, and it was returned to my card. I now have to wait until that processes to purchase the correct product at a different store. This would be fine if my customer experience wasn’t so terrible. Less than 2 sentences were spoken by my cashier as they charged me extra and it both wouldn’t have been noticed and wouldn’t have been refunded had I not initiated the conversation, let alone having to greet the cashier as a customer. I would have had an easier time finding the parts myself.

Darius was Awesome. I called to confirm that the part was in stock. He asked me to hold so he could go a put his hand on the part. Came back to the phone and confirmed it was there and had it waiting for me at the desk.... Great to still have great customers service. Thank You Darius

I needed a specific Volkswagen approved oil for my wife's Tiguan and went here looking for it. They had it in Mobil-1with the VW specifications and in the quantity (6) I needed. The Parts manager answered my questions and was friendly and helpful. It's nice to be so appreciated and welcomed . Thanks.

There is a white guy working here that had an attitude when I asked him about an issue I was having with my car. He was very unknowledgeable in all aspects of the automotive field he works in. I thought he may be having a bad day and let it go. Three days later I returned to the store and found the same employee working. I need to get an additive for my transmission and also a throttle body positioning sensor. He was disrespectful and was again unknowledgeable as to how to look it up so all in all I left and went to another parts store.

The 2 employees in the store we're not busy. However they would not plug in the obd scanner to check my codes because the light was not on even though it had been on all day before going to get it checked when I had time.

The workers sat by and watched an older gentleman get physically attacked by another patron and never called the police while he asked them the whole time to call the cops. Great job - really stellar employees. I will NEVER buy from any auto zone again. Too many other options.

Todd was so helpful and friendly. He tested my battery and put in the new one super fast. He also saved me money by checking the purchase date of last battery. Very happy with the awesome service he provided!

Excellent service today!! My car wouldn't start when leaving church and after a jump, I headed straight here. Christopher was so helpful and friendly! He tested my battery which turned out to bad and helped me picked out a new one. Todd came out and helped put the new one in very quickly and professionally! I couldn't be happier with the excellent service I received from both of them today!

Stated pouring rain, needed a fan, due to my air conditioning STILL not working. Aside from my outside problem. The store was very clean, organized, found just what I needed quickly, was greeted as well as very sweet lady working. Opened it there quick checkout and even trash can available to throw the package. good store

This location has some of the best employees all throughout the area. They certainly know what they're doing when it comes to helping us customers. The guy that took care of me went as far as calling two other stores to find the products that I was looking for. Honestly, I've never had this much of a great customer service experience before. I wish I would have gotten his name, though, to thank him and publicly recognize him for going above and beyond his duties. You managers pat yourselwves on the back, and please keep treating your guys with respect. They are truly exemplary employees.

The employees at this store are always very hard working. I find this to be one of the best autozone locations in the region. This is a busy location but the employees manage to be helpful and happy despite that fact. Another good thing to note is there isn’t a very high turnover rate here. Meaning you can get used to dealing with the same employees which is good!
