Definitely pricey and the hours being 8-4 is not ideal but I was in and out there to get my car the day after it got towed (which was on me for not reading the street sign) with no damage done to my car. All I needed was my license to get it
Other than the fact we had to pay for a tow ...the guy at the front desk was very respectful and his vibe was nice.....very peaceful to us...we never got his name!!
The better of the two services used by NPD, towing service was awful getting the car back, although they left it in a deserted dry area, and charged me the minimum fee to get it out
I'm so grateful for Danny, Frank, and Al (I believe). My friend's car was towed, and although there was a fee, and we were not happy, the staff was personable, treated us with respect, and assisted as best they could.
We are truly grateful. The car was kept in good condition as well.
