Rester's is the ONLY place I take my car for service! They are reliable, reasonably priced and above all else, trustworthy. I heartily recommend them to anyone looking for car repair from an honest provider .
Had my vehicle towed to them, explained what was wrong, what had happened, and not only did they not do anything, they tried to blame it on my key not working. Then, I was accused of lying to them and changing my story and I was hung up on because I said " No, I explained it all, it is not my fault that YOU DIDN'T LISTEN" Apparently, the folks here do not listen, and then they accuse their customers of lying. Do not take your vehicle here if you want any kind of competent service. Also, check your vehicle over, if you bring it here, they may break something in order to charge you to fix it.
Shopped around and this was the best place for my Honda Accord by far. Car needed preventative maintenance after reaching 115,000 miles, and couldn’t have been happier coming here! The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, prices are fair and a quick turn around. Had my car in and out within a business day!
Had an engine tune up, timing belt kit installed, transmission fluid replaced, spark plugs, the whole nine yards! After driving a light came on, so I came back. Turns out I had a weak battery that they were able to take care of as well! If you have a Honda or any car for that matter, and want some work done; this is the place to go! 2023 Update - My grandson has his Honda Civic motor mount replaced. A few weeks later the motor started jerking. Took it to a different shop. They replaced the same motor mount. Motor no longer shakes or jerks. That shop said whoever installed it the first time installed it wrong.
We contacted Rester's. They said it was installed correctly. I paid $244 for a bad repair. No problem, we now have a mechanic that did the job correctly for $100.
OLD REVIEW - Fair pricing and quality work. I've been using this auto shop for many years. Best in town for Toyota and Honda.
They fixed an oil leak by replacing the valve cover gasket. They did a great job. They fixed my Honda fit door lock problem by replacing the driver door actuator and did a brake job on it. I am very happy with their service and will use them again.
Had to get an engine tune up, they are fast, much more affordable than the other "big brand" car mechanics, and fixed up my car perfectly! They've worked on my old '99 jeep in the past and my 2012 Ford. I have yet to have a bad experience with them and will continue to come here for all my car troubles!
My check engine light was on. They found the problem quickly and had it fixed the same day. I also appreciated the fact I didn’t have to wait 2 weeks for an appt like at the dealership. Price was fair too. Will definitely use again!

Rester's Automotive takes good care of every customer. They not only fix what you see as the problem but also observe other important needs. As we arrived to pick up my husband's truck, we observed them working on a tail light that we had not even noticed was not working. I can't tell you how personal they take every customer's needs! We have used them for 20 plus years as well. I've sent several family members and we've all been extremly satisfied with there service. I actually have my Sonata in for service today. Their honest and dependable which is why they've been in buisness for so many years.
Rester's Auto has been my mechanic for over thirty years. Family owned and operated with friendly service. They are honest and stand behind their work and they usually get it done in the same day. Cannot say enough about these guys and the wonder service they gave. I had taken my sister in-law's Honda Odyssey for a tapping in the engine. They came right out and done a preliminary check and took it immediately to a bay to checkout the next day. Kept me in the loop on all action taken diagnosing a catalytic converter issue. I had been told that morning by another Honda repair shop that I needed an engine. I remember my brother saying in the past you cannot go wrong by going to Rester's Auto, Inc. He was more than 100% correct.

Need automotive service...Ronnie Rester and his crew do a great job. Just had timing belt replaced, tuneup,and transmission flush. He stands behind his work and very reasonable. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
I used Rester’s for the first time for a wiring problem on my car, they are knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. The repair was made the same day I left the car at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Rester’s.
I shopped around to have my timing belt replaced on my 2011 Honda Pilot. They were several hundred dollars less than dealers in the area. I dropped off my car at 8:30 am and it was ready by 1:00 pm. They were professional and accommodating in every way. Thanks for the great service.
I took my car to them because most of the reviews that I seen said that they were honest and trustworthy. My experience was far from. Instead of giving me a clear answer to why my car was running hot and a/c not working, they came up with over 6 things to fix. They would tell me that I had to get one thing done and my car still wasn’t fixed so they would come up with another. I finally though that they had found the problem drove my car for one day and had to take it back and dish out more money. My boyfriend who drives a Benz took me up there to check on my car and every time after that I would go to check on my car , the owner would be more concerned trying to figure out Who the person driving the Benz was to me. I would not take my car to them if they think that you have money or don’t know about cars they will go after all the money they can and add stuff that you don’t need because they think you have money to waste.
One of the best most trustworthy automotive repair shops that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Honest and to the point with no tricky salesmanship. They guarantee their work and I've never had any reason to complain about their character or their work.
Received a quote and estimated time for repairs to my Honda Civic. My car was fixed a day ahead of schedule and was $150 Less than the quote. In addition, they repaired the heater for free. Great place!
Rester's Honda Car Shop is great! I went there approximately 10:15AM with an alternator issue. Mr. Ronnie Rester located the problem, gave an estimate, let me know it would take about 2 hours, and I was finished on time! He is honest, and does not try to upsell anything like the bigbox car repair shops do. I would recommend this repair shop to everyone, and they even repair other cars, it does not have to be a Honda!
