Jackson Auto Repair did an Excellent job replacing my serpentine belt, at a reasonable price. I will use them in the future for my automotive repair needs!!! I went back last week, right after New Year's 2025. I had a break job, spark plugs replaced, and antifreeze replaced. Excellent work done on my vehicle, and lower than anyone else wanted to charge!!!

I needed a diagnosis on my truck Monday, I brought it in and he was able to diagnose the problem within 15 mins and it was repaired the same day at the time he told me it would be done. He was kind and honest and never tried to upsale me the whole time he repaired my truck. His prices were fair! I'm a happy customer! Will be returning for any other work I need done.

I've had Mr. Jackson perform several repairs on my truck and have been happy each time. Only complaint I have is that he doesn't have the tools to do all jobs (like wheel balance / alignment). But if it's a job that he has the tools to do I would not hesitate to use him.

Mr. Jackson replaced my compressor in a 2012 Nissan Maxima. Not only was his price way better than anyone that quoted me, he also did it extremely quick. I expected to leave the car for two days and he called me to pick it up in a little over 2 hours, and the AC works better than when the car was new.
Wouldn't take my car/truck anywhere else. Mr. Jackson is honest, his labor rates are extremely fair and the problem is fixed right the first time. Mr. Jackson never tried to upsale me on service or parts that I didn't need.
