My daughter commutes between Mississippi and Alabama for work and near Mobile she noticed that her tire pressure was suddenly dropping in her right rear tire. Thankfully, Airport Tire wasn't too far away so she limped her car there and they were so helpful. They fixed her tire and got her back on the road immediately. I'm so grateful to the honest and friendly folks at Airport Tire!
Came to get a alignment they told me 2 hours I can wait in there wait room full of water damage and mold mildew smell so I waited outside for 2 hours and 30 minutes when I went inside they tell me the alignment hasn’t been done due to other work needing to be done before hand then proceeds to tell me they called me and came looking for me when I was sitting right outside the front door on my phone very unprofessional of them to make someone sit and wait for absolutely no reason only to tell me they can’t do nothing when I walk back in 2 hours later one guy will make a whole business look bad I have done business with these people before and everything was great but that one bad apple will steer everyone to the other Apple stand
I typically have loved this shop until my phone call today with Marcus . I went yesterday and they looked at my vehicle and told me what I thought was a high price , so I called around and got other opinions. When I called and asked him on behalf of my husband, I’d like a price breakdown. He did so , but then proceeded to say “ well unless your husband wants to do it himself , we have to markup the parts to make money “ . I understand mark ups , business, supply & demand, and labor hours , even if I don’t look like I would . I used to work for Enterprise so that’s not new to me . I just think Marcus was rude and I’d rather not go there anymore and give my hard earned money .
Always fast, courteous, and honest. If there is not a problem or if it is small they send you on your way with no bill. I have purchased several times from them and always go there for repairs. Great local business!
My daughter had tire damage while out of town in Mobile. The folks there patched up the tire but then realized there was another hole on the sidewall and found damage to another tire that was unrepairable. Unfortunately they only had one tire in her size, so the patched her up enough to get her on her way to another place that did have 2 in her size and didn't charge. Those are the kind of people I tend to trust- the type that do the right thing even when it is to their own detriment.
1st time using them, but I'm now a loyal customer. This place was recommended to me by a repair shop I trust because my normal shop no longer does front end alignments. No only did they end up not charging for the inspection due to not being able to find anything wrong that needed fixing but they did not try and sell me anything else.
Just came back to get just about my entire brake system replaced lol. Like always, very professional and courteous. Work was done in a timely manner and price seemed fair, although of course it was more than I wanted to spend lol.
I came to Airport Tire for a tire alignment and received service that was beyond what I expected. My car wouldn’t start when they were getting started on my car and Mr. Marcus and Caleb worked until they had it taken care of. They were very polite and went out of the way to make sure I was taken care of. I was impressed with their service even during the busy time of the morning when they could have had me wait.
Went to two different tire shops for a screw in my tire and everyone wanted to replace the tire! They were able to patch me up and I didn’t have to buy a new tire. Great customer service!
Standup shop. I’ve used them several times through the years for leveling kits and tire installs and they’ve always got the best prices and super courteous. Just had a leveling kit and tire install on a truck and a hiccup arose and they were more than understanding and took care of the issue quickly and professionally. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend.
I've used Airport Tire off and on again for a decade. Everything I had done was done right. The service was generally fast and always quality. Large horse trailers are generally hard to find a place to get worked on. Pulling in and out of there was no problem. Got me fixed up quick! Airport Tire will be my first call from now on. Thx guys!
Be careful, they only take certain credit cards. They were happy to let me walk home to get another credit card. Thankfully the higher up okayed my discover card. My son had a polo ball cap missing after He spent 800 on off road tires. I may be back.
Been there multiple times with different vehicles. They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and honest. Great work very reasonable prices. You can't do better.
Rolled over this on the way home from work. We put a spare on and took our tire to get checked out. They removed the bullet casing and put my tire back on my car free of charge. You don’t get that kind of service everywhere. Fast and friendly! I was there for maybe 30 minutes
I recently replaced all four tires. I called around five different shops, and Airport Tire quoted me the best price. They ordered the tires and I brought my car in the next day. Installation was complete in about an hour and I was charged the price that was quoted. I plan to continue to use Airport Tire in the future and definitely recommend them.
I have been there two times in the past year. I got a new set of tires, which came fairly cheap and with great quality. Recently got my tire replaced/fixed for free and the service was quick and awesome. They do great work here, prices are nice, and the inside is pleasant as well. They'll get you taken care of well!

Took my GMC Sierra in yesterday for an oil change and an alignment. I also had them inspect my RC lift. This was my second time going to them. Just like the last time I went, they had amazing customer service, great prices, and quick service. I will definitely continue to pass up the other 398 places to get your oil changed on the way to Airport Tire, just to give them my business. I HIGHLY recommend them.
In and out in thirty minutes for a wheel alignment. I had purchased new tires and needed to get my wheel alignment checked. They checked it and no adjustment was necessary. No charge! Very professional. Highly Recommended.
Great service by a professional group of folks. Went in today and and got 2.5 inch leveling kit installed and wheel alignment at a very reasonable price! Most of the tire shops in Mobile saying: we too busy today, or nobody here knows how to install a leveling kit (seriously!), or we can schedule you in 3 days, blah blah blah, etc.
You just don't stay in business 70 yrs without doing something right! Airport Tire will get all of my business from this day forward!
Great customer service. Had a few issues with my alignment and Bo, the owner, stayed after hours to make sure everything was taken care of. He went above and beyond to ensure and I was comfortable with the decisions made to get my car back on the road safely.
