I know there are rules they have to follow and the people that work there do a great job. They are respectful and in turn we , the people they help, upset mothers, mad girlfriends, people living paycheck to paycheck, they have a tough job. I am giving it a 3 -"its okay"- rating because that's where I was lucky enough to find my Ford Fusion for only $700. We also found an awesome Audi for $350...yeah, we've heard the rumors about they could do with a bit of paint and someone to show them some TLC and that's exactly what happened to these babies.
