This company over charges for towing. They under inflate arrival times because drivers are always late. And if you try to cancel, they will charge your card for the full amount of the tow. Beware
This was a horrible experience using this company. We googled them and found that their address was a couple of blocks away only to find out later that the actual location was not a towing company. I spent 28 minutes on the phone for them to process a payment. They charged me $215 to move a van across the street into a parking lot. Then when I called back and told them that for the price I'm paying to move the van across the street, that I might as well have them take it to the shop. They charged me another $85 to take a van 6 miles down the street. The only reason we used this company because we were in a tight bind and needed assistance immediately. They gave me a 30-60 minute pick up time and did not show up to after an hour later. Please don't use them again. I will report them to the BBB
Customer service was very polite and the process was easy, but the reviews don't lie. These guys have absurd prices. 125 hookup fee and 84 service call fee. That's not even half of the 450 fee for a 25 minute drive they charged for 19 miles. Unless you are super desperate and nobody is answering, just wait until someone else can do it. Your bank will thank you
Do NOT EVER, EVER, EVER call this company. A regular tow averages between $85-95 locally. I was charged $218.50 for a car to be towed for THREE MILES and they did not come to get it for FIVE HOURS, without notifying me of this delay, from an open-space parking lot. I could have pushed my car to my mechanic sooner than they came to help me.
They charged me $120 for a "hook fee" on top of the price to service and tow my car, despite the fact that that is a necessary, non-negotiable tool used in towing and I have a standard sized vehicle that could be put into neutral, has great tires, and was parked like any car going into the cafe next door.
The five hour delay made me miss my car's service appointment, and the mechanic was ten minutes from closing when they came to get my car. "Rip off" is a light term. Please avoid this service.

Absolutely horrible service. Spent 20 minutes on the phone setting up service just to be hung up on. I called back and they told me they had no record of this call. After spending another 5 minutes giving the same information, they hung up a second time.
This business is no longer a towing company, after walking to the address listed from my broken down car it was a building for lease that looked like it hasn’t been used in a couple years.
Was it expensive? Very, I wasn’t expecting cheap but I wasn’t expecting $500 either. The only reason I paid it is because I had been stranded without a working vehicle from 8:30pm one night to 5:30am the next day. I would only recommend using this DISPATCH service as an extreme last resort.
Their service was not in a timely manner as it took about an hour longer than the eta for the partnered driver to show up. The driver was a nice guy so at least they’re partnered with decent people.
Ben was the most genuine, thoughtful, and caring person who works for Jack and Jill's Towing. He helped us out with towing our car out off the freeway since the car did not want to turn on. Highly recommend this company to everyone.
They took forever to get a Truck to me but the tow truck driver Dustin was Excellent and Very courteous and respectful and his towing skills are tremendous
I called to have a car towed about 50 miles and Jack and Jill Towing quoted me over a thousand dollars. Hahahahahahah... Got a another company that was professional and quick for 300 bucks.
Best experience. Worth every bit of what you are charged they are careful and take time ensuring vehicle came out good. Guy even help me start car after having issues with it when he did not have to. I'm so thankful for choosing this company. Very professional and efficient. Would definitely use again.
I have to write about the experience I had with this towing company. I called them to tow me after my car had broken down. They came in about 20 minutes and were super nice people who were also respectful. They handled my car with the best care and towed it to shop and stayed there with me for a little bit to make sure everything was ok. I REALLY appreciate it guys thank you so much.
