Driver is dangerously, almost hit me and my child while we walked on the sidewalk because they don’t want to yield for pedestrians while pulling into parking lot!
Larry did a great job on my tow job. He called to let me know how far away he was. He was very careful loading my car onto his tow truck. Very friendly and caring person! Thankful for him and for Angelo’s Towing.

Angello's in Mobile responded very quickly. Locked out of my car bc of a dead battery. Caden was on-site and had me in my car with it running about 1 hr from the time I called for help. Called AAA for a battery jump and they were assigned and came super fast! Got my car running quickly. They even offered to sell me a battery and change on-site and though I didn’t take them up on it this time I really appreciate the convenience of that! Happy with my service.

I was trying get out my appointment complex on jeff Hamilton Rd ext and the driver blocked there entire entrance of the parking lot had to jump the curb to get into the parking lot of the complex not very pleased could have torn up my vehicle
While passing through Mobile on a trip I had a blowout tire on the interstate. I was terrified traveling alone with my daughter being stranded far from home. Josh coordinated with me and was so patient and kind while I gathered our things. He quickly and carefully loaded my vehicle. He hurried to the dealership to drop off the vehicle as they were closing. He even called to let me know he made it in time. I am so thankful Josh was there to help us. Great customer service and I felt safe with Josh there.

For starters, not only are they good people but they can handle the situation and help you with all your needs in a professional manor, fast and totally safe and 100% satisfaction garanteed. Most important 2. Not only this is a reason why I recommend this company but I want to share my personal experience with the tow worker. I give my infinite gratitude and appreciation to one of there tow worker's called Cecil, that man has saved me thousands of dollars today 2/15/2025 and has fixed the damage that crown dodge dealership mechanics has cause to my truck. Ask for Cecil he is the best guy you can ever meet in your life and we totally need more people like him, that gives advices helps and troubleshoots any issues with your vehicle and will give so many recommendation that will blow your mind away with the perfect details and well informed with personal experiences. Cecil deserves a raise. That man could have just dropped of my truck and charge and leave the scene, but not Cecil he totally fixed the issue of my truck, with his certified mechanic knowledge saved me so much trouble and money it was totally worth the money oh and get triple AAA premium+ membership. Which is worth it.

I had an emergency Saturday night when my tire nearly came off the rim on Cottage Hill. Jeffery McIntyre arrived at 10:30 PM—much faster than AAA's estimate—and he even called ahead to let me know about any potential extra costs. In the end, my AAA membership covered the towing, so there were no surprises. Jeffery handled my car with exceptional care and even offered some great advice on where to get a quality set of new tires. I hope he gets a raise for the exceptional job he's doing. I'm extremely pleased with the service provided. Five stars for Jeffery and the entire team at Angelo's Towing Mobile!
I was stuck with a flat tire on a Sunday evening. Joshua from Angelo’s towing was extremely helpful with the entire process. He arrived on the site so fast, and he was extremely patient the entire time. He was able to bring my car back to my apartment with no problems, I would definitely recommend Joshua and the entire team at Angelo’s to anyone!
The technician arrived much sooner than I expected, which was FANTASTIC! I had made it clear in my call to AAA that I needed a battery REPLACEMENT for a 2021 Palisade Limited. I fully expected to pay for the battery! The technician checked the car. The starter and alternator were good. The battery was DEAD. He had a jump box, so he charged the dead battery then jumped it off. He suggested that I buy a new battery. However, AAA had not restocked their batteries in a long while, so he didn’t have the correct battery for my car. He gave me suggestions where I could but one. Neither place could install that battery. I went to Firestone and purchased the battery which was installed The service technician was great! I was disappointed that he did not come with the battery as requested. That information may have not been conveyed to him. However, he did jump me off and enabled me to ge to Firestobb no e and resolve the problem.
AAA brought me Josh from Angelo's Towing, and even though I didn't end up needing the tow (I got the car started finally), he still made sure I got home ok. Excellent service, Angelo's! If need another tow, I know who to call.
Chris towed our car to Firestone on Wednesday. He is very professional and does a great job. Angelos kept me posted when they were en route and it didn’t take long at all before Chris arrived. Very pleased with my experience, I believe the man’s name was Eric. I came in contact with them through AAA . They told me it was going to be an hour and he was there within 15 minutes . I was stuck somewhere with a flat tire and a wild 2 year old . He was able to get me back on the road quickly and was very nice.
Arrived within 30 minutes of me requesting lockout service (my car was running) through AAA. Jeff was efficient, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their service.
Angelo's Towing and Recovery was dispatched to me through AAA. The first arrival took 3 hours. They pulled up in front of my house and then pulled off. They told AAA that they called me with no answer even though I was standing at the door with phone in hand. No call came through.
It took them 3 more hours to return and then caused damage to my car in loading it on to the truck.
The dealership took pictures of the damage and AAA was contacted who connected me with Angelo's Towing. Representative took the report and I was told the manager would contact me back right away. No one has contacted me. Horrible business with horrible customer service.
My daughter locked her keys in her car and though AAA advised us that the wait time would be over an hour Angelo’s contacted me right away. They exceeded my expectations providing swift service and arrived when they said they would. I am so grateful for the awesome service received today, thank you!
Just used this towing service through AAA. Cecil was nice, professional, and punctual. During 5:00 traffic he made it to help me quicker than the estimated time. Awesome guy, give this man a raise!

I needed help through AAA for 2 days in a row. They sent guys from Angelo's both times. The men were very friendly, helpful, polite, and professional. I have NO idea how the driver on the 2nd day was able to get my SUV out of the tight spot it was in, but he did. Nothing short of a miracle and brute strength! Bravo Angelo's, well done!
