Fast and friendly services. The driver i got Jonathan was very professional and polite. Very reasonable price. I highly recommend coastal towing. 1st class organization!
It was ok. The lady that helped me was really nice and understanding. There was only 2 little hiccups 1. The driver didn't finish putting in the paperwork and 2 little trouble finding my keys. Overall it was a good interaction.
I had a negative experience with Coastal Towing, the person picking up the phone sounded like he was having a bad day, even then if i were in a customer facing role i would try not to be rude like he was.
Ended up calling Gibby's, completely different experience regarding customer service.
Van was incredibly professional and efficient recovering our vehicle from a rest stop on the interstate. What a great asset to your company. Would definitely call you first because of his incredible service.
Excellent customer service! Arrived quickly considering he had to deal with cruisin the coast traffic. Took very good care when loading our 1968. The wrecker was very clean and comfortable for our 2 hour drive back home. Price reasonable considering the long distance.thank you Wayne we appreciate your work.
Just came to say if the lady that was getting repo'd from Walmart in Theodore tonight is filing a lawsuit message me. I'll be your witness. There's no chance in hell TOWING OFF A VEHICLE WITH BABIES IN IT IS LEGAL OR RIGHT. I saw everything and called them. All they wanted to know is what kind of vehicle I drive. Why? So you can tow me? Hahaha noooo
Had my car towed home and the driver left it in the middle of the street. With two flat tired and a broken axel. I domt recommend this this place to anyone. Horrible service
Terrible place! Called about having my truck towed guy said be around an hour to hour and a half and driver would contact me. Three hours later no drive, no contact no nothing and then called office 3 times and couldn’t even get an answer, ended up calling hub city had my truck picked up and delivered to destination within an hour as promised by the dispatcher. Not even a business at the location presented on google map!! Just a rock road with some houses and empty abandoned building!!!!
This is a poor towing place. They gave us three different time when they going to arrival. We standing out here in the rain waiting on them. I will never used this company again.
They towed my trail blazer from interstate to their lot ... charged me exactly $ 400 to bring it to me ... only after stealing anything of value out of my vehicle ... then upon delivery realized that they forgot my keys and said they would mail them to me .. which never happened ... they towed me in June!!! Awful company!!!!
If I could rate these people lower than one star, I would. Very shady people. Presented no credentials. I felt like my life was endangered. DO NOT use this company.
