I didn’t have any trouble getting a great battery here, I don’t know what the other ppl on the reviews are talking about the lady there was super nice. I go back there for another battery for my other car when it needs one!
Great prices!!! Horrible customer service, very argumentative and won’t allow you to speak. Also beware they randomly open and close when they feel like it, so call before you go!
Bought a used battery 7 days ago has a dead cell in it.Went back to them Store is closed : sign posted. Monday - Friday 830am till 5pm my truck is 5 miles from my house .....may have to pray nobody bothers it till Tuesday...
This place is definitely a rip off I got made a fool off because I didn’t know I went to another recycling place and got twice as much for the exact thing plus the lady was very rude !
Don’t know who the guy was, didn’t ask his name; But on 07/15/2019 at 5:08pm: We pulled in and saw that they were closed. Some guy was there awaiting his ride. As we stopped, he said Closed, as he sighed. I then asked if he worked there and he said yes. I asked him a simple question and he came to our car and answered, well as every other question I had to ask, as he did with a smile, respect, and courtesy. U can tell he was exhausted from a days work and standing in that heat awaiting a ride. Afterall, I said Thank You very much and he said ur welcome and Y’all have a blessed day. It’s employees like him that makes visiting a business worthwhile. Don’t know what his name is But he was worth writing this review. Great employee
I called and asked the price for a battery. Got all the way there and they wouldn't even open the door. The girl was in the phone and I had to keep walking to the back to ask for help and they would never help me. I'm black, so let me guess. .I wasn't good enough to do business with.
This place is very helpful with more than just batteries. They buy scrap metals, alternators, starters, etc. The staff are always very friendly as well. I highly recommend them.
They will tell you on the phone that the battery is $40 with a $15 core for your old battery but when you get there they tell you that the battery is $56 and the core is only $8. They lie to customers because they know your in need of a battery in the worst way. If you wasn't you would be buying a new battery and not a used one. They take advantage of you.
