I had a problem and ASM reached out to me in the most unexpected way and made it right. The management/president of the company went above and beyond my expectations and I appreciate it.
Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. In my humble opinion, they need much better organization; signs indicating different areas or which scrap goes where would be so cheap and easy to install. The staff at the scale and on the yard should have radios to communicate with each other so that they can properly direct anyone entering or exiting, and know what exactly is going on at all times. With the amount of space they have, it would also be nice to allow vehicles to drive in one way and wraparound without having to back up.
I only collect aluminum cans.This is the only place that I take them to.I always try to have over 100 pounds.Because they pay more if you have 100 pounds or more.Very friendly people.
They broke my trailer! They told me to get out of the way and used a big machine to empty my trailer. The guy was very rough and flexed my walls apart to the point my gate wouldn’t close. While they tried to flex them back in place, the trailer broke. The owner told me they couldn’t do anything about it. My trailer is how I make money, and now it’s not safe to use until it’s fixed. Not only will it cost me to repair, it will cause me to lose out on a lot of money not being able to work.
I’ve used this place many times mainly out of convenience of being located the closest to me. They’re prices have been a ripoff for a while now, but after seeing their horrible customer service and lack of concern after damaging a customer’s property and not caring to resolve it, this place doesn’t deserve anyones business. I’m currently searching for a lawyer to handle this matter.
Brought 68 pounds of cans and they helped me unload them. I got a receipt, I scanned it into the ATM and left with 28 bucks cash. Everyone was courteous!
You pull employees are quick to assist you get what you have to recycle on scales get you in system to cut you a check and your on your way to the Trustmark bank to cash the check. I recommend this recycling center the best to go to by far.
Top notch guys, top notch service. This place has highest prices around and even went out of their way to help me sort my stainless at closing time and did it with a smile! Only drawback for me was the fact that they issued me a check, which I had to inconveniently drive to dauphin Street to cash and also pay a $10 fee.....but then again,, I DID receive the VIP treatment. *--- In the interest of fairness, I have a UPDATE!!!- since originally writing this review,, they have installed an atm, you just simply scan your ticket collect your money and your done. Why bother going anywhere else?
They way all of our metals then hand us a ticket for a total of almost $34 when we get to the cashier lady that checks into take it and gives us our money the man that wait it out of the three different ones that were there tell her to take off the first two items which were the most expensive of the bunch and tells us that that is not our ticket item that they belong to the previous customer that was not there when we pulled up and why in the world would they start a ticket and not finish a ticket they say because the man had left the property to go get more stuff...
