Mr. Don and the other mechanics are knowledgeable, honest, and professional. They rebuilt the transmission and installed a torque converter, rear main seal, and oil pressure sensor in my 13 Tahoe in just 2 days. Fast, reliable service at an affordable price.
While driving from Pensacola to Chicago, towing my trailer, a warning light came on indicating high transmission fluid temperature. I pulled to the side of the road and did a search for nearby service stations and luckily D&T was only a few miles up the road. D&T Automotive put my car up on a rack, checked the fluid, ran some diagnostic code checks. It was decided that I could carefully drive the vehicle back to Mobile Alabama to have Lexus further evaluate the problem. Although I tried to pay D&T something for the time and diagnostic work that was done, the owner would accept no payment. Thank you D&T Automotive for your help, advice, and generosity.

Best automotive shop around. Took my vehicle and dropped it off before 10:00 am for a new transmission. They called me at 4pm the same day to come and pick it up. My baby drives like a dream. The smoothest ride I've ever had. Thank you D&T Automotive for your teams hard work. 💪
I took my 2007 f-150 there to have the transmission rebuilt when I left after repairs was complete my truck made it less than two miles before the transmission quit working had to be towed home

I can tell you from my own experience these people are the nicest people you'd ever have the pleasure of meeting, very reasonable on their work, I couldn't be happier to know I finally found someone who cares about his customers and his work ,I feel so blessed to know if my truck breaks down I now know who I can take it to that won't charge me an outrageous price. They are absolutely wonderful people and they treated me like family I can't say enough about good things about them and I'm so happy my truck runs and drives like a new one now thanks to D&T.
