I use to love orieleys because of their incredible system and warranty policies but something happened now all my purchases aren't showing up. That means no warranties. So my $450 wheel bearing that a bought a couple months ago has no warranty now. Don't trust their system! Get a receipt take a picture of it.

I went to store number 5496 Janie was the counter clerk. she went above and beyond to help me find my part . even though O'Reillys didn't carry the part she found it for me at another store . Thanks so much and I will be a loyal customer from now on
Nice people not very knowledgeable Dallas the manager is very nice and josh is helpful be sure you know what you need because their not gonna go out of their way to help especially the chick if she there go across the street to auto zone
I definitely recommend this O'Reilly's great customer service and care Sam was the gentleman I was working with very helpful thank yall for letting us stay in the parking lot and doing the repairs
I appreciate Nijale who was so kind but his manager was completely rude. 10 minutes till closing and the manager seen me rushing for the door and locked me out. Then rolled his eyes at me. Five stars for nijale and 0 for the manager. Average it out to 3 stars. An arrogant attitude will push your customers away to the other parts stores. Thanks again to the kind respectful employee that helped me. You’re a blessing!
Wasn't too happy with the way I was looked at like I was interrupting they're conversation about nothing work related when I asked about parts I ordered.... after standing there for about 3 mins waiting on them to finish they're conversation and do their job.
