Terrible set up absolutely no room to get cars in and out. Dude tried to scam me because im young thinking i dont know any better. Do not go to this place because they are the only ones open on Saturday. Wait until Monday trust me. I got 1/3 of what i normally would from any other place. I did however like the black gentlemen directing traffic the extra star is for him. Also this is a review for A/C coils and copper i dont know how they are with vehicles which seems to be their specialty.
I've been no less than pleasantly surprised. I returned because some months ago I went (for the first time) to potentially pull a part from a scrap car they had for my project. They were abundantly accommodating and fair transaction. I had no reservation about doing the same thing again today and I am glad to tell you that once again my needs were met.
I like this place a lot... Brandon and all his employees have always been fair and courteous to me.... I've gotten great prices on parts for my Chevrolet Impala and my Chevrolet Colorado.... Saved hundreds of dollars, possibly thousands with the economy the way it is...

If talking to Ashley in the office didn't solve your problem, just ask either of them or Antonio. Google couldn't produce products faster or for a better price. He's a Con I bought a truck for 3000 24 hours Later it ran hot .. I asked for equal exchange he put it in the shop.... Then charged me 300 for fixing it GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU NEED A VEHICLE HIS ISN'T GUARANTEED AT ALL
Friendly and fair, just the way it should be. Ashley was very professional and Mr. Williams in the back has a great personality. Even the tractor driver had a smile. Great experience and we will be back for sure.
I don't know what you would consider a lot to choose from but when I asked if they had any Jeep Cherokees I was told they had a lot. And even though I stated that I needed a Cherokee not a Grand Cherokee they still told me they had a lot. Now they don't have any signs up as to what you can pick and not pick. You get told that anything outside of the fence is not to be picked but then they also mean anything underneath the barn is also not to pick. As somebody so rudely came up as I was pulling apart and asked me to put everything back the way I found it because the vehicle that had been there for 4 years was for sale. Just be very specific on what you ask for and apparently remind them that parts can be crossed over from one vehicle to the next. It doesn't have to be exact same model and year. The guy that stopped me was snooty about that as well. I definitely won't be continuing any business here or referring them. But they make plenty of money giving pennies to the dollar on scrap metal so this review won't really matter.
Bought a motor from them it was the wrong motor and they wouldn't give me my money back they don't have a no-refund policy and they gave me a 30-day warranty to anybody who goes don't mess with them they are going to do you wrong and then told me that they was going to try to find me another one and now they won't answer the phone so you tell me what should I do
Read the reviews and it said they were fair. Well we took an engine and refrigerator and they weren't fair to us. Only gave us 11 bucks. So I guess they aren't fair to people that look like us. Typical though...
My 2007 Kia Rio broke Down on interstate 85 South. I made one call it was pick up. They call I drove out and Picked up my Check.. That Easy You MUST HAVE CLEAR TITLE.
You won't find better customer service or a bigger selection of used parts anywhere. If you have scrap to sell they will pay you a more than fair price for it! Recommend to anyone!!
