Had my tires rotated and balanced here last month with that I was told my brakes were inspected and everything looked good. Well last week they started grinding and were so worn down I had to replace the rotors and pads. Will not be taking anything here again a 140$ job went to a 500$ brake job. Your brakes don’t magically get to that point in the span of one month.

Very trustworthy and capable... Will definitely do business again with them. Thank you Conner and Paul for your good character and professionalism...

I have been using this shop since I was a student. Recently, they handled a little hiccup during a routine service with integrity. I’ll be back to have them mount my new tires and replace my brake pads.

I was in the market for a new tire and car repair business (I moved across town and my guy retired and sold the business- IYKYK). The reviews were good so I thought I’d give them a shot. Excellent service, comfortable waiting area, friendly staff. I was in and out in reasonable time. They have a new customer.

Such tremendous service!! Took my daughter’s car for a flat tire/nail. Took only 30 minutes for repair and free of charge! Wish I would have known about this place when my daughter was a freshman! Full service repair…don’t go anywhere else!!

We stopped in Clanton for lunch & was about to get on I65 N to northern Tn. We were losing air in one of our tires due to a screw we had just picked up. We found this tire service & they worked diligently to find us a tire to replace the one that was destroyed. We could not have found a better group of people so accommodating! Trustworthy and dependable. Both times I've had my car serviced the folks were very straightforward and answered all of my questions. I feel confident dropping my car off here, and I will recommend this place to anyone who asks. Not only was the work high quality, but it was done in a very timely manner, and they were very communicative and had fantastic customer service. Also, I appreciated the diagnostic pictures that were attached to the quote. As a bonus, if you're an Auburn student, there is a Tiger Transit stop very close to the shop, making it easy to drop off/pick up your car.

Cannot recommend Gray’s enough! At the end of my first day of vet school for the semester, I walked out to a flat tire. We were able to swap to the spare, but it was also pretty low on air, so we drove it straight there (around 8pm, they were already closed). I left it in the parking lot and came back the next morning right as they opened. They were very accommodating and helpful, ensuring me it would be no issue to get it repaired. It was finished in only a few hours, and their customer service when I went to pick it up was unmatched. While we initially only chose them because of their close proximity to the CVM, we will undoubtedly be back, as it was a great experience!

My daughter was drive home from college to Florida when she noticed her tire was leaking air. After going to 2 other places and being told 1-they couldn't patch run flat tires it or 2-it was a 3 hour wait...she went to Grays. Not only did they immediately patch her tire they also didn't charge her. As a parent it's good to know there are such kind businesses out there willing to help a college girl traveling alone and I hope everyone local to this company supports this business.

Best auto repair shop in Auburn, hands down. Efficient, respectful, and caring. Examined my transmission, identified the issue, explained the situation, and fixed it all free of charge. Let Gray's be an example of how to run a business - solving people's problems first and foremost, and trusting the word of mouth and goodwill to generate revenue. Truly could not have had a better experience, and I highly recommend Gray's.

I stopped in last minute before heading out of town because my tires looked low, and these guys were awesome. They checked all my tires super quick and found a nail in one of them. They were able to get it fixed right away! Super friendly, super fast, and saved me from stressing out on my drive. Definitely recommend them!

I brought in my car after getting a flat on I-85 on a Friday morning. They were able to plug the hole in my tire quickly and put the donut tire back underneath my car as well. They did a great job servicing my car!

Quick overnight trip to Auburn for a death in our family and ended up with a nail in my tire. AAA towed us to Gray’s & they patched up the tire for free and got us back on the road quickly. Such kind people that we needed in a hard time.

This is the best service I have ever received at any car place ever. Not once did I feel like anyone I spoke to was trying to up charge me or over explain how cars work. I received incredibly good quality tires for a very fair price. J. Pate is who did most of the work on my car I believe, and I just want to shout him out. He talked to me very straightforward and worked with me to find the best price and quality so that I am safe on the road. Lastly, they were INCREDIBLY timely. I got an oil change, inspection, and tire change all before 3:00 pm the same day as my appointment! I am so used to waiting days, if not weeks, to get my car back, so this was beyond refreshing. I will never go anywhere else for any of my car needs! Could not recommend Gray’s Tires & Service Center more.

On our way to N. Carolina, we had car trouble on the interstate in Auburn. A mechanic that happened to be at Advanced Auto recommended this place to us. We showed up when they opened on Saturday morning. They immediately took a look at it, diagnosed it, and said they would have it done by Monday (only because they had to order a part). I received a text Monday around 3 pm letting me know that my vehicle was ready. The repair fee was about $500 LESS than I expected and my vehicle is a foreign car. They fixed it and it is running better than ever! I would give Gray’s a hundred stars if I could!

Chad is awesome! He has taken care of us immediately twice now. He helped us find the quickest and most cost effective solutions for our vehicle. I highly recommend Chad and all of Grays staff. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH.

They did a great job patching up my tire after getting an unexpected nail in it. It took them less than 20 minutes for them to see my car and repair my tire for me. Really appreciate them and highly recommend everyone go to them!

I took my car to Gray's Tire and my experience was excellent. My car had a problem with the alternator and they fixed it in 2 hours. They had a very comfortable waiting room and a children's lounge equipped with many toys for the children. Without a doubt, the best service I could get.

Drove to Auburn today to help my daughter with a flat tire. I took it to Gray’s because of its convenience to campus and also good service I’d had in Prattville. I work in the automotive industry and have been taking my vehicles here for roughly 12 years. They never fail to impress me. It's one of those businesses that will have you saying "Why can't all companies treat their customers like this?" These guys are teaching a masterclass in customer service.
