Whitt’s is literally the best in the Auburn area. I’ve been in the area for going on 7 years now and I’ve tried many automobile service centers. They’ve been the only ones that have been honest with me every time.

$400 for a car battery replacement with only 2 years of warranty….. Should have ordered it from Walmart and install it my self. I would call this a 400 dollar tuition for a great lesson.

I never got the chance to have a repair experience with these folks, however I felt I did need to write a review because they are absolute price-gougers. I went in to get a quote on a factory remanufactured transmission+install. The very nice man at the desk told me it would be between $5,000 and $5,500. This is a pretty insane price point, considering you can find a very nice factory reman online for an average of $2,000. I pulled it up in front of him and he replied, "Well, you'll have to find someone to install it." Does this mean he would charge over $3,000 on labor for an install? I called a few other shops who quoted me in the $1,000-$1,200 dollar range for an install. That is a very significant price difference-a few thousand, in fact. I live next to my elderly landlords and told them that I took my van in to, and when I said Whitt's they literally burst out laughing. My landlady said "Honey, you took it to the wrooooong place!" So among the locals, they have a reputation. My landlords told me they prey on college students whose parents will just pay whatever comes along. A sucker is born every minute, as the saying goes. Anyway, if you want a fair price, don't bring your car here. Laughably overpriced.
