My experience with Jackson was exceptional. Things don’t always go perfectly, but he did what it took to make it right and stood behind his work. There are a lot of shops in Auburn, but if you speak with Jackson, he’ll make sure you get taken care of.
After 13 years, I am done with them. My 19 year old son goes in to have air put in a tire and they tell him he needs 4 new tires because of dry rot. Quote him $1100 for the tires. I told him to price them elsewhere, just in case he could save a few bucks. He found tires elsewhere for half what they quoted. Went to have them installed and the technician couldnt find the dry rot or anything that could warrant replacing all four tires. Luckily, he was able to get a refund. All my business will go elsewhere from now on.
My car wouldn’t start (not battery related), and had my car towed to Tiger tire. Once they got to my car, they diagnosed the issue and repaired it quickly. The staff was friendly, and I will use them again if the need arises.
The experience I had was great I got my vehicle in there a little late and the repairs were made in a timely manner. So I am very satisfied with experience Richard always does a great job my number one auto technician Thanks

I'm traveling to Georgia and my van was locked in park. The dealership had no advice, and AAA sent CHRIS from Tiger Auto. He arrived in 2 MINUTES AND FIXED THE VAN IN 30 SECONDS. He was very professional and super kind . He made my mom cry lol. 10/10 would recommend. Thank yall!
Second time I went to Tiger Tire in the last 2 months (not due to bad service, but because of good service). My truck was struggling to engage into 4WD so I called Chase to tell him what was going on. I mentioned, I thought it may be 4WD actuator, he said bring it down. They performed the work I ask and the problem has been corrected. The error code is gone and the 4WD is now engaging normal. Very happy and I feel Chase has been very honest with me on the cost of work performed.
Our family loves the service experience from Tiger Tire. They are reasonably priced and always get the work done quickly. I always feel well taken care of. Also I feel great supporting a local business.
Tiger Tire & Auto consistently provides excellent service. I go to them on a regular basis for standard car maintenance, however, this visit was for an emergency. I needed a new battery and air in my tires as I was headed out on a road trip. They were able to get me in and out and on the road in a short period of time!
These guys are the best. Work is quality & they deliver in time promised. I moved my business from competitor across street after 15+ years after the competitor refused to balance & rotate the tires on my new vehicle @ no charge. You have to understand that I had purchased 2 new set of tires paying to have lifetime balance & rotate. The truck I had just purchased the tires was totaled in an accident within 200 miles of having tires replaced. Auburn Tire offered to balance & rotate at no charge. That said is moves all my auto business to Tiger Tire. Great people that understand customer service.

Traveling across country and had a universal joint come apart. Tiger Tire helped schedule the tow and made quick work out of two universal joints and a transmission mount. Plus their overall cost was very reasonable. I could not be happier.

Where do I start at. Tiger Tire and Auto has always treated me so well. Every time I have taken my car to them it is always an amazing experience. They are so great starting from all the way to the detail of work that they do to how great the staff is. My BMW had a head case of problems it was going through and they got it running brand new. Through the whole time they had it I never once questioned that it was in bad hands. Overall I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants an excellent experience. Also Jackson was great through whole process huge shout out to him!!
My wife had an issue with her Tahoe where it was running extremely rough with the CEL light on. She was on her way home and had to drive right by there so stopped by. She was really upset and they came out immediately and diagnosed the problem right away as a bad coil/plug. They ordered the part and within 90 minutes it arrived, was replaced, tested, paid, and she was on her way home. So thanks to ya'll for the big time help and she told me to tell you big shout out to Wade. Ya'll did so good she bought 3 tires (will be 4 shortly) which she needed and had purchased online through Walmart but never arrived. They were the same price for the same exact $$ tire and now she is she is good to go. Thanks for all the help and great customer service!!
Absolutely the best service. My daughter needed her car repaired via a warranty. Since she does not reside in Auburn, we had to find a mechanic and happily stumbled on Tiger Auto. Jackson, who works there, was very attentive and worked with my mechanic where I live to get a part ordered under warranty and installed it. Jackson was always available for a call and provided detailed status each time I called. I highly recommend.
I had an oil change with synthetic oil and tires rotated. The Tiger Garage guys suggested a cabin filter showing me the current dirty one. If it was any other place I would have said “no” but the guys working here have always been very honest. They actually took pictographs the 4 tires showing a view that showed tread wear on the sides. They suggested putting in more air than recommended to eliminate future wear like that. When I was paying they told me they had put in the extra air already. A lot of attentive people working here makes me a faithful customer.
My daughter woke up to a flat tire. Tiger tire & auto answered the phone right away, confirmed they had my size and guaranteed they could have my vehicle with four new tires by the end of the day. Price was better than 3 other quotes in the area for comparable tires. Would recommend to anyone needing new tires in Auburn!
I am a faithful customer. They did an inspection free 99, have a a great quote, order the parts the day before, dropped my boyfriend off at work, and had my car fixed in less than 5hrs. I love them
The work seems to be good, and that's important, but the office side left a little to be desired. I was given the impression it would be quick, "we'll call you tomorrow" which I needed since it was my work truck. Long story short the guy left off the last digit of my phone number and couldn't contact me (kinda important detail, but mistakes happen). I wonder what they would have done if I had never called to check on the truck. After a couple weeks, I communicated my frustration with the how long it was taking and was told that they were "the busiest shop in Auburn", no apology. I totally get having a back log of work, but having a better idea of timing would have allowed me to plan better for not having a key part of my small business. 4 weeks. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that this wasn't their best work, cause they had good recommendations from a few friends.
The guys at Tiger were so kind and polite. They weren’t able to repair the tire and they didn’t have a replacement in stock, but they ordered the tire for me and stayed in communication with me to make getting the car back over quick and easy. My son’s work schedule is about the same as their store hours, but because they had everything ready before he came back, he was able to get it all taken care of in just a few minutes. The guys at Tiger Tire were so considerate of our time and our budget that I will always use them as long as I have a child at Auburn.
I had a vehicle with a head gasket and valve rocker arm repair done by Tiger Tire and Automotive at 98,111 miles. The vehicle now has 102,328 miles on it. After only 4,217 miles, the repair had already failed. The third party inspector from the warranty company stated “Very poor resurface job was attempted on heads and block. Surface is uneven and gouged/wavy. Looks like grinder was used to resurface them.”. I have reached out to seek some resolution but have not been offered any help on the repair. I have attached the pictures and third-party inspection done by the warranty company. This kind of work should NOT be accepted in the automotive industry.
