If I could leave 0 stars I would. It cost $0 to be kind and this lady is distasteful! The owner Jo Anderson is outrightly rude and disrespectful. Tigerstate pride themselves on getting people trucks/trailor and knowing they can’t fix it and rack up on storage fees. Her yard is full of trucks and trailers that she towed there with no intention or funds to repair. Poor Adam is talented and so polite but Jo need a reality check.
Great attitude, service and communication.
Price was fair and ended up matching what we had anticipated over the phone (with trucks you can never be sure).
Mechanic even brought some food and shared with our driver.
Water pump was replaced and driver was on his way the same day.

Tried to use them to replace a tire on my truck. No mechanic on duty. Lady said a mechanic would be there in 15 minutes. Waited for 45 minutes with no one showing up. Called back and told her he was supposed to be here 30 minutes ago. She gave me an excuse about had to pick up a borrowed generator. Said hell be here in 10 minutes. I said if he's not here in 10 minutes I'm leaving. I left. Definitely not someone I'd give my business to!!!!!
Don't trust these Crooks, I regret taking my truck to these mafias, now truck has been sitting in their stupid shop for 4 months, they're good at lies and excuses, I'm taking them to court now. Just after a few days I left my there all my belongings in the truck were stolen, 4months down the line, they have not been able to fix my truck, now the court is my last option, had to find the best lawyer in auburn, these Crooks will learn a good lesson.
Fantastic service with great customer to rep interaction. Very fairly priced and unmatched performance. Would recommend to anyone needing any maintenance on their vehicle.

I called because our travel trailer had a broken axle. What a responsive group of people and so very kind. We are still waiting on some parts to come in from Dexter, but they have been nothing but wonderful so far. Great there are such good people still on this earth.
Came out in a timely manner, saved me from having to get a tow truck when they have tow trucks. Didn’t just fix the problem, but also adjusted my trailer brakes bcuz he saw an axle sticking with no charge. Looked over my truck and found other problems as well. Worked all day until 4 am trying to fix my truck bcuz my driver was under a load. Checked my boxes and saw they both was low in gear oil. Topped them off and told me I had a yoke seal leak and a drive axle leak. Didn’t charge me for the oil he put in my truck. Cut down the price so I could get everything fixed bcuz he didn’t want me having problems down on the road. Sent pictures of all the malfunctioning parts and sent pictures of the new parts once installed. Called and texted the next day to make sure everything was going fine. Charged me less than what I would’ve got charged anywhere else knowingly bcuz my money was funny due to me just paying to get my motor rebuilt by another mechanic. Told me the other problems I needed to get done in the future. I know honest mechanics are hard to come by but I have been blessed to find one and will continue doing business with this knowledgeable and honest family owned mechanic shop. Thanks Adam!
I have been a truck driver for over 24 years and I've had a lot of experiences. My truck broke its air compressor and they did a great job in helping and an excellent job. Very honest people and good price.God bless them.
Just want to say that you will never find a better group of people than the family of Tigerstate Truck and Trailer. After being left broke down on the shoulder of the road by another repair company. Adam, William and Holly went the extra mile to get my truck and trailer towed to their location and helped me secure a motel for the night. The next morning they picked me up and to the shop so another driver could continue with the load. (This was a Sunday morning). Adam did a check of the truck and found it was a transmission failure . They made sure that I had a room for Sunday .
On Monday they went over 100 miles each way to get a transmission and other parts and had me back on the road at a very reasonable price on Tuesday.
This is a family owned company and very professional and I would highly recommend them. If you need anything stop by and Jo ,Holly, Adam and William and have a cup of coffee.

These guys are awesome! Had a catastrophic wheel failure while towing a trailer at about 11 PM in the rain. These guys came and towed both my truck and trailer to their shop quickly and professionally. They were going to take me to a hotel for the night but when they asked where I was headed and found out I had a plane to catch the next day to see family they immediately got work on my vehicle (it was almost midnight at this point). They found enough lug nuts to fit my oversized Land Rover wheels and got me back on the road that night! Top notch service and some genuinely good people. Recommend highly!
Car broke down on I85 Saturday afternoon. Tigerstate towed us to their shop. The parts wouldn't be available until Sunday morning so they gave us a ride to a motel. The next morning the car was fixed and they picked us up. All at a reasonable price. Very nice people and very helpful. Our thanks to everyone at Tigerstate.
Had a awsome experience the repair technician was very very polite an helpful. He drove 2 hours to come an look at my reffer an then met me at thermo king in Montgomery to finish hooking up some trailer lights. While I put reffer in shop. I will definitely keep them an him in mind if I break down again. Couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience. Thanks Adam
I was having trailer issues on the way to Louisiana and these nice folks were able to help me out even though the tech was already up most of the night and had little sleep.
