This place is horrible they do not have a mechanic he don’t tell you that before selling the car ! I brought a gmc Arcadia from him not even a month ago ! I called him the next day after getting the car to tell him something was wrong with the car and can he look at it he said no he don’t have a mechanic i asked you sold me a car with out knowing what’s wrong with it? He saud it runs what’s the problem! I then asked him can I bring it back he said no! This was less than 24hours of me buying it! So I got someone to look at the car it had 25 codes pop up and has electrical issues but there is no engine light on so the car was reset to erase the codes in order to sell the car! I informed him I asked him is there anything he is willing to do anything to help he said no! I asked him can he give me some of my money back to get the car fixed he said no ! Then he said he will give me 390 dollars back when it is 5000 to fix this car with all the problems it has! He displayed no interest in fixing the car or helping he stated he has been selling cars for years I told him you are a con artist and you are wrong! You know these cars are lemons and they are not any good! He didn’t care then when I went to get the title app it doesn’t match the bill of sell I asked his wife about it she couldn’t answer I told her I can’t get no tag with this the information don’t match! I asked her are they a 3rd party dealer she said no but kept trying to change the conversation talking if you can’t get it I will fix it I told her you can’t fix it by letting your husband know that the car is non drivable and give me my money back! So I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to go here! As humans there should be some dignity somewhere! They don’t even deserve a star!!!
The sales man was so kind. I went for my daughter while she was out of town and he was so helpful respectful and kind. It made me want to hug him and I did

All the salesmen are rude and racist.They dont like anybody thats not their Complexion.They talk rude to you like you are Beneath them.They have stinky breath and have little Morals.They sell junk cars and talk about the car lots around them so bad.They are worse than any of them.Atleast the other ones try to fix the problems...they dont.
When I asked was anything wrong with the car before purchase was told only the brakes. Week 2 within driving my car motor went out. they don’t care as long they get your money and THEY ALSO RIG UP CARS TO WORK FOR 2 WEEKS PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! Hope someone review this place before buying here

The sales man Ray was horrible! I went looking to buy a car and he made me feel so uncomfortable. He kept asking about how much money i had instead of giving me details on cars. So i left after he argued with me. Went to another car lot and purchased a 15,000 cash car. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to go there. Trash service!!
I bought a Tahoe from them. The Most Expensive Car On The Lot!!! Two weeks the engine went out ( i paid for the repairs after a $8,000 cash purchase of the vehicle they wouldn't cover repairs) decided to let them fix it. 3 months later engine goes out again. They are nice people until you drive away then they show you who they are NOT 👎

My husband and I went in to ask questions about a car that was on the lot that we saw from the road the salesman was rude stated Donald Trump owned this lot and asked us to leave all we asked was how many miles were on this car I dont know if he was having a bad day but we had no problem taking our money elsewhere.
Jason had me driving from Memphis to Midfield in promise of buying a Range Rover that was supposed to have been clearly and honestly described as good, Only to get there and find the vehicle was pure trash. Look like a homeless person had been sleeping in it. Everything was spray painted and glued together. The headliner was not attached and the dash speaker cover was broken.
I would not recommend this business. He also pretends to be busy... to prevent the customer from asking questions over the phone about his vehicles. I lost a little cash by travel, I enjoyed the sightseeing and I also came home with my money and left his headache on his car lot.
He also told me..."Thanks for wasting your time" meaning, me traveling there. I also want to Thank You Jason for wasting your time spray painting and gluing that Range Rover together. Sorry I wasn't your victim. The car looks NOTHING like the pictures he posted online. Its Trash!!! Everything was falling apart.
We purchased a vehicle from this dealer and they received payment and 8 months later no title. This place has conned us! Don't let that happen to you! Take your money elsewhere. They are cheats and liers. They will do whatever it takes to get your money Then they will give you the run around and excuse after excuse as to why you have not received the title. It drags on for months. Then they only have the one gentleman answer the phone and he will refuse to give any additional information. Horrible service after the purchase. They should be ashamed the greasy slimy salesmen. They give the worst car salesmen a bad name!
