I have had a great experience with O'Reilly Midfield Alabama. I deal with Tre Holmes in commercial and she takes great care of me. I work out of town so whenever I call her for parts she not only orders whatever I need and make sure they are delivered in a timely fashion but she also follows up with me to let me know when the parts arrive and delivered.She always go above & beyond and I greatly appreciate her service. Great customer service!

I have a commercial account with O'Reilly n I was stranded on the road my service vehicle broke down n I know I had a warranty on my alternator so called midfield O'Reilly which was a big mistake I was .mishandled and also was told they only give 3 month warranties so everything I need I will not be shopping at midfield O'Reilly. Need better management with knowledge to assist customers. So I called hoover nice guy named John helped me with my issue with no problem n he's not even a manager. He was a college student .so shout to O'Reilly in hoover ,Bessemer, & 3rd Avenue those are my O'Reilly go to n get treated with respect.

I went in to have my service engine light checked. The young man was very polite & courteous. He was able to tell me what the issue was. Great customer service!
It was awful the midfield O'Reilly's is terrible. I had a warranty on my battery so I came to get another battery cause the battery that was given to me wasn't any good. So the manager installed one in but mind you he already had an attitude when he installed the battery
Even left a piece of his tool under the hood. The battery cut off again a day later and I found out when he installed it he left the battery ends loose I took it back and the manager said I don't know you. This all lead to a heated argument between us and 1 of the workers went to the car and retrieved a gun. This is an awful store. I will never go to this store ever again cause all they had to do was put my battery in right that's all.
My Mom lost her husband a couple of years ago. Every time we go to the O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Midfield, the people there are so nice and understanding. I was so happy to see the compassion and caring the people in this store have given us and I hope the people who work here are rewarded for their outstanding customer service. I also hope the employees of the Midfield O'Reilly's Auto Parts receive blessings for caring for their fellow man.
There is the one older man that works there who has been rude Everytime I've been to this location and acts like he doesn't want to help and makes smart comments. I left and went to the Bessemer location and received superior service
This store has been awesome..tho some employees here aren't that pleasant..Mr.Timohy makes up for all that..he's always willing and ready to help.. awesome job sir.thanks a million times

Lady at the counter coughed on everybody the entire time we were there and then ended up having to go to a store 2 hours later to pick up the part that she was supposed to have ordered 3 hours prior to that. Customer service in this country is just gone.
