Charged me $800 for a differential repair that lasted less than 1000 miles. Since my truck is not a daily driver he wouldn't honor any warranty and didn't refund anything. When I replaced the rear axel myself, I found that the rear cover plate still had a heavy buildup of road dirt and had never been removed. I will never use his shop and will tell everyone I know about his work.
My 2008 Ford Edge was giving me hell. The thing almost got me killed on a couple of occasions due to loss of power in heavy traffic. 3 different mechanics could not figure out why. John Parker freaking fixed it. Absolutely Wonderful Mechanic and in my opinion, just an overall fine gentleman. ??
These are the ONLY people I use for an oil change also any car services I needed done. I call them and they get the job done! Great people! I don’t even feel comfortable taking my car somewhere else!
My wife had a wreck Jon got there in a timely manner got her car loaded up in a timely manner real friendly and helpful . Don't know about pricing insurance paid for it
I was in a huge bind and he said he wud be there in 30 minutes but was there in about 10 and was more than reasonable on the price. I highly recommend Parker automotive.
Replaced a bulb in a headlight for me year's ago. Called to have him haul our car for us to Ford, he was very happy to do so will continue to get our business.
