Better take a good mechanic to fully inspect these vehicles. Just had to hurt a student’s feelings because she thought she received a good deal on her first car. Turns out they sealed a stage 3 oil leak wth what looks to be JB weld. The oil is now all over the ground. Shameful.

Just read their response, they are unwilling to take ownership. My paperwork was wrong 3 times. Also, I was told to bring my title back, not mail. Greg is an outstanding salesperson—professional, attentive, and the only reason this experience wasn’t a complete disaster.
Unfortunately, everything behind the scenes is a mess. The back office is shockingly incompetent. My paperwork was wrong from the start (incorrectly listing me as “Jr.”), and even after they “fixed” it, they managed to misspell my last name on the title. When I asked for it to be corrected, I was flat-out refused.
Trying to get help was just as frustrating. I couldn’t speak to a manager because he was “too busy,” and the representative I did speak with was completely unhelpful—offered no solutions and then hung up. When the manager finally called back, I was told it was somehow my responsibility to fix their mistake.
To make matters worse, I later discovered the car had issues that were never disclosed until after I left the lot. Now I’m stuck spending additional money to address problems they should have been upfront about—while they expect me to drive an hour just to correct a title error they caused.
Do business with Greg if you must—but be prepared for a frustrating, careless, and thoroughly unprofessional experience from everyone else involved.

I recently bought a truck from the place and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They were super helpful since it was my first time there and I was able to find a great vehicle at a great price. I have bought a car and a SUV from them had no problem with them. Gave the car to my grandson and I'm still driving the SUV. I will recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for good quality they are the one. From my experience.

I've had lots of good experience an expert advice from a good team. Bama is the best. The whole team a mechanics are very insightful and helpful.

Had the car for a little over a year. I had the whole ac unit fixed. I had to fix my water pump and coolant still was leaking everywhere. My intuition was telling me this car needed more fixing then they led in to believe and I’m now paying for literally. It was not worth what they had me pay them for it.

Make sure to bring a mechanic if you can.

They are not customer focused. Felt like they were just watching and hoping my parents and I would hurry up and get out of their way. And the cars are crap. Bought one and it broke down the next day. And they were very aware the issue with the car. I even found a receipt of a diagnostic done on the car 2 months prior listing the issue that I am not having to deal with and pay for. When asked if there was any known issues with the car they of course said it checks out clean! I was purchasing for my parents and considering a couple more of the cars for myself and for my LLC. But there isnt any dought that I should not waste my time here. I hope you don't either !!

We would love to give a huge shoutout to Greg Leight for helping my husband with the purchase of his Chevrolet Silverado! He went above and beyond, was very helpful, friendly and made the process so smooth and easy! We are very happy with our purchase today and will definitely be coming back for another purchase!

Be aware of what BAA does not tell you. The vehicle was right, the price was right, the transaction was great. Then when registering the vehicle, I was informed that there were almost $200 in back taxes past due. When I contacted them after the fact, the sales manager at BAA clearly let me know that BAA is not responsible for those taxes, nor are the responsible to even inform me that I would be responsible for any unpaid back taxes. The DMV let me know that “any reputable dealer will reimburse these taxes” if I paid them during registration. I shared this with the sales manager at BAA, and was met with silence. Unfortunately, that sufficed as admission they are not a reputable dealer. I’ve shared with the sales manager that I’m glad to work with the dealer to resolve this situation. I hope they are willing to work together.

Thanks to the owner for the response, unfortunately there is more to this story. According to the vehicle history report, the dealer that consigned through you had the vehicle for the duration of unpaid taxes. Yes, I recognize that their consignment is affecting your reputation, but they were aware. Unfortunately, due to this issue, and the sales price of the vehicle, you admit I actually paid almost $6200 for my "$5000 vehicle", $5999 for the vehicle and an additional $180 in back taxes. All I ask is that you make it clear to buyers that there is a likelihood of having to pay back taxes. Seems the reputable thing to do.

I went today not really expecting to buy anything. Greg was my salesman and he treated me like he would his daughter and made it a laid back visit. He helped me and made sure I was safe in each vehicle. I enjoyed my visit there and would definitely refer family and friends to them and Greg himself. I left with an awesome vehicle

We spent alot of time researching places to go for my son's 1st car. I had an initial budget in mind, but in fairness i had to go up about $1k to get a quality car, that I felt the most comfortable with. That's the only reason for the 4 star. Other than that the customer service was excellent. They were patient, Ethian was very knowledgeable and helpful. Chris worked those numbers with the sellers. We came back 2-3 times, man those cars come and go quickly. We are very very pleased with our purchase. Please see Ethian (salesman) and Chris (purchase manager). Hear me well, if you are researching and come with an open mind, you will not be disappointed!!

I came on a rainy day and Greg Leight helped us pick out a really nice Nissan Altima. He was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the cars. The office staff Chris and Katy had our paperwork done in 15 minutes. It took less than an hour to complete my purchase of my Altima. Great experience and ask for Greg for a great deal.

Up front, if you're a casual buyer that can't diagnose issues this isn't the place for you. We spent about 4 hours, looked at roughly 20 cars and found one worth buying. Most of these cars are repaints, have various small mechanical issues, or have some issues that would preclude them from most dealer lots. That being said, if you know what you're looking at and how to properly inspect a car then you may find a gem here. We purchased a VW that had been repainted. Wasn't the greatest spray job but 90% of people wouldn't have a clue. Mechanically it was a gem. Very happy and will probably go back again. But this isn't the place for most car buyers.

I'm not highly experienced with purchasing vehicles but they do offer a wide range of vehicles to check out... it's a good starting point. Not one person spoke to my daughter & I but that might me a good thing lol... I will be back b/c I found 2 cars I'd like to take a better look at.

The way they have their lot set up is great. Alot of people hate to have the salesman follow you around while your looking at vehicles. Here you can start any of the vehicles up, drive them and if you need assistance you call a salesman out there to assist you. I really like that about this place. They also have the cars sorted by price, which is very convenient and helpful. They have a huge selection from everything from SUV'S, CARS, VANS, TRUCKS. You won't be disappointed.

I'm a returning potential customer who became an actual one this time. The staff Dylan, Chris were most helpful and resourceful . They followed up with me on all the details of this process including the inspection & repairs (3rd prty). I was hoping for a better deal but BAA is a consignment lot which limits how much they can do to help.

The people there were nice (that is the one star). The car that I bought (5K dollars) looked nice drove ok (only allowed to drive it on the lot) but the transmission locked up after 4 months. I am having to replace it now ($2K bill). They sell junk cars, Nice people but junky cars that dealers can't sell anywhere else. Be very leary of buying something from here.

Had a listing for a 2014 Volkswagon Passat on their website. The website states the car as being a clear used title. It also goes on to state that the vehicle is manual transmission and that it takes normal gasoline and they are selling it for $7999. I arrived today to look at the vehicle and not only was it not manual transmission, the vehicle had damage all down the passenger side. The inside was absolutely disgusting and we found that it was a rebuilt title. The engine was also a diesel engine. The pictures on the listing made a deliberate attempt to hide the damage on the passenger side and in the cabin by capturing at selective angles and by being so grainy and unfocused that you cannot see the minor details that point out the vehicle's potential issues. Waste of my time. Giving them 2 stars just because the people at the front desk were nice. Just avoid this place.
