Paid $375 for a roadside assistance, the air leak wasn’t fixed, called him the next day and he wanted to charge more to review the same existing service issue. Luckily Walmart didn’t let him in to the facility because he didn’t have an ID ?? What a terrible experience in Alabama, someone will report these guys sooner than later
Quoted us $250 showed up plugged-in his computer and said I cant do anything. now the bill is $375. They proceeded by saying either you pay me or I'm calling the police.
I called when my alternator gave out right as I was checking in to my delivery *Will*I*am was amazing very polite and professional easy to talk to. He let me know everything he had to do to get me back on the road he arrived quickly and-had a great attitude despite it being pretty cold outside I would definitely use them again. Thanks!
Starter went out at a TA truck stop fuel island and Will.I.AM came the the rescue not only pulling my truck out of the fuel island but ordering the part after a run around and also working on the hot concrete in 95 degree weather. That's A1 service in my book.
Update:
Despite the positives mentioned above a couple days later I was having trouble with my battery charging and thought my alternator was going out...long story short I ended up changing it twice and out of 1600 dollars to find out my alternator was never bad the hot wire that runs from the alternator to the starter was locked into the ground. This simple mistake cost me money both in installation and with loads I had to cancel. The company has done nothing to rectify the situation. I gave five stars at first but it's now 1 star because the work was flawed and cost me a lot more after the fact
I had a roadside on February 25th. Tensioner pulley went out. He assured me the part he took off another truck was new. He came out and replaced the tensioner pulley and I was able to get down the road. On March 21st the tensioner pulley that was replaced froze up and burned my belt up. Luckily I was parked at a TA and had them order me a new tensioner pulley and belt so I could change them out.
When I reached out to Johnny he told me that he would send me a new tensioner pulley if I wanted and I didn't need to send him the broken one however I assured him that I would mail it to him. He said that was fine that he could rebuild it and put it back in stock. We also agreed that he would send me a crank case delete filter instead of a tensioner pulley. A $600 road call and another $600 in new belt and new pulley for a $150 filter seemed like it was a win win for him right...he recieved his broken part and I have yet to receive my filter. Can't get back in touch with him now. I went ahead and ordered a filter.
Wouldn't recommend him.
Will.I.Am. is ahead of his time! You want an efficient, hard-working, and prompt man? He is the man for the job! He communicated with me every step of the way. I felt like he did such a great job and took care of everything I needed with speed and respect.

a littler spanish,I have already done several jobs with them and they always arrive fast and they always do good work and good price especially in these times that helps a lot, don't hesitate to call them 100%legitimate
I had an injector go bad, called a few places and Hall's truck service was the first one to return my call and asked if I needed road service. I said i could drive it in the next morning when they open. I ended having to wait a few days because UPS didn't pick up the parts from CAT. One of Johnny's employees ended up driving me to pick up the parts so I didn't have to sit for a another day. Everyone was super nice and hospitable I was stuck in the truck for a few days and was even offered dinner. If you're in the area there is hands down not a better shop to have your truck taken care of.
I came to fix a trailer tire ...a simple nail that is just something "regular"...the irregular came when I asked the price ....the young lady at the office told me $ 70.00 to put a plug and $ 177.00 to dismount it and patch it....told them no thanks kept going to TA Montgomery they fixed it properly .... $ 52.00 .. End of the story
I was in your place months ago I told them to squeeze me a simple nut that in the end they did not tighten it and it took them 7 minutes to do not do anything and they charged me half an hour of work plus taxes with out tell me a price for do not do nigth , Nice people !!!
