Warning is not where you want to go for parts!!! This place is horrible!!! Manager is very ,very rude!!! My son was told that they had both of the side windows for his car. He paid for them and when they came in from getting them they just had one window he was told the other one was broken so he asked for his money back for the one they didn't have. They told him no that he couldn't get it back that he'll have a store credit. I called to talk to the store manager myself and I was told that they couldn't do that give his money back you didn't have the part so why his money can't be refunded back. That's theft!!! My son tried to go use the store credit when he called they had the part but when he arrived and entered the building he was told they were eating so basically g
et out...the manager finally came out and asked what did he need he told him and tells him the whole engine is gone we don't have the part so give him his money back. It shouldn't be a problem. Its not like he was returning something back for a store credit he was purchasing a part that you don't have. He kept hanging up in my face and finally blocked me. Smh I'm going Monday with the police and taking this farther just because of his unprofessionalism!!! Scam he's that broke that you have to keep his money!!! They need to be shut down!! If you don't like people get out of the business setting.
Terrible service, They will sell you non working parts. Office always stinks like musty. Owner rude and disrespectful. They should shut down. Sickening

Selling something and say I don’t know if it works are not.
If it don’t work or don’t fit you’re not going to get your money back we give a store credit.It’s a junk yard who needs a store credit you can’t buy the part that you need a this time.
I purchased a radio from a wrecked car same year.
I left the store and realized my radio and that one looked the same but was a different brand.
Well they were closed on Sunday and Monday was a holiday I goes back on Tuesday and tell them this not the right radio he start pointing at all the signs hanging up in the top of the building.
I told them I’m filing my complaint with the attorney general office, know one should be ripped out like this in these times or anytimes.I gave a 1 star because it’s the only way to write a review.
I saw another costumer upset but didn’t really pay attention.
Don’t waste your time and money here.
Called said they had part and would pull it, drove an hr and they didn't even start to pull the part. Asked me to leave my alternator for the weekend then come back on Monday to get the one they would pull for me......seems fishy
Friendly staff that will lie through their teeth and offer store credit for a part they shouldn’t have sold the day before. My mistake, I should have read the reviews beforehand.
Unfortunately the part that I received was bad from the beginning and for some reason the only thing I'm getting is a store credit on this particular vehicle I'm working on a junkyard is the only place to get the part so if you come here good luck and God be with you because he Parts might not work and then you're stuck with a store credit which you probably won't ever use, do not waste your time
Great salvage yard. Very helpful and friendly. Great prices they didn't have the part I needed but the owner said he would get it for me and they also sell used cars in great condition.
They are big liars, I was told if I purchased a rim from them that if it did not fit I could return it for a refund...didn't fit so the guy claimed he can only do a credit.... Why lie in the first place if you knew I wasn't getting my money back
