Very nice people here went there to pick up a part for my Nissan never thought I can order a part for my Nissan Sentra at a truck place for truck parts
I drove to AL to drop my daughter and her car off for her freshmen year at Bama. We found the rim bent and loosing a bit of air on the way to the airport and we’re told to go here. I drove by to make payment for a replacement explaining that my daughter would come back after dropping me off for my flight. She returned and they were able to hammer the rim back into place and did it for free. Such kindness for lack of profit is rare and much appreciated.
I love this place very friendly down to earth staff. Mr Bobby is great he looked all over for an oil pan for my car and it was a success. He really cares about his customers he’ll definitely be hearing from me soon.
Bobby is absolutely fantastic. Great customer service! They did not have the part I needed but he graciously answered all questions I had about the process and found a place in Florida that had the part I needed. I will definitely be calling here for any future parts needs.
this is a wonderful place to buy used BMW Mercedes and some Toyota parts Bobby is a good man will help u with whatever u need and at this place .and cash is king hint hint ,debt cards u have to pay tax ..great business
Went to North Birmingham truck today and pick up a part met Bobby his mom his dad pop and shorty and everybody was very nice and help me get my parts loaded and on the way I will be using them again great people
The staff is very friendly, and they are up front with you regarding their inventory. If they don't have a part, they'll tell you, or order it for you. They keep you posted during the process and contact you when the part comes in. Much better than Pull-a-Part because you interact with the staff instead of always speaking to an automated message.
