I pulled up with a laundry list of problems. I needed electrical testing, the check engine light diagnostic thingy, windshield wiper blades, and a gas cap. But never fear, Mr. Coby Jack was here. FYI that's not his last name, but he was a jack of all trades today, and he's definitely a master of customer service. He took care of everything I needed from testing, recommendations, and installation. There's an location closer to me, but with service this good and fast it's worth driving a few extra miles.
I really appreciate Coby for assisting me with my fuse situation. He tried everything and took his time to make sure he got down to the root cause of why my lighter wasn't working anymore. I would highly recommend this location.
Traveling through and in desperate need of a cooling fan. Called one store, she was hard to understand over the phone and thought she told me this location had one in stock. Drove 15 min out of our way to fi d out they didn't. But Barbara and another lady, sorry didn't get her name, looked up our part and found the part and called 2 different locations. Asked them to put their hands on the part as we were on our way!! Thank you for the excellent customer service
I was a damsel in distress. My battery been giving me problems for two weeks. Coby is out in the heat getting me straight. Not all O’Reily Auto Parts are built the same. Management was awesome this morning! I came in to get an axel and brakes for my vehicle a 2014 Chevy Equinox and was meet with so much grace. Thank you to the two guys that assisted.
Helpful and courteous staff, cheaper than competitors on the part I needed. They didn't have the item in stock but told me the closest location that did and offered to have it brought to their store for later pickup if I wanted. 5 s
These are a bunch of incompetent people with bad attitudes and high prices.Went in for help deciding if I need a battery,the kept insisting on purchasing a battery failed to inform me that this battery for a European car may need to be programmed.Save your money and let a professional diagnose your car.They don’t try to help and are rude and uneducated,Walmart has the same battery for a Mercedes for 129.00 there battery was more and they sold the wrong battery in the Beginning.Get a professional to order your parts.FYI if you call the shabby corporate office with a complaint they try to cover up by telling lies to evade the truth Oreilly will steal your money
The guy there named Matt and the young lady help me but the other guy who was outside on the phone as I pulled up pretty much ignore me and that wasn't cool can't remember his name though skinny Caucasian male there was another customer there working at another part store and he said that was just rude for him to walk off like that but again Matt and the young lady that was there was great

Been here like 4Xs in 5 years only bc it's close to me and every time their Diagnostics machine or computer or reader whatever u call it is "broken" which means they're too cheap to replace it and false advertising, they always say try cntrpnt and they say same thing. Why not offer to call another store instead of driving down to it when obviously you're trying to drive as little as possible when engine light comes on. If you're a woman (only men seem to work at this location.) They will do whatever u need it seems. Sexist s towards own sex.
I had a tail light out and had no idea what type of bulb i needed. As soon as I walked in the guy asked what I was looking for the grabbed the correct bulb right off the shelf. I was probably in the store for maybe 2 minutes.
