Today I had the pleasure of encountering Mr. Coleman when I stopped by the store to replace wipers. Mr. Coleman greeted me as I entered the door. He assisted me in choosing the best wipers for my car as well as my daughter’s. Mr. Coleman recommended your rewards program and got me signed up. After the purchase Mr. Coleman was kind enough to put the wipers on for me.
This got to be the sorriest, lazy, cigarette and weed smoking location in Birmingham. Every employee is PATHETIC…from not wanting to help customers and attitude!
Well they talked my friend into buying a gift card to get his breaks with the they didn't want to take the gift card back at first then we finally got it straightened out. They returned it to the gift card.
Customer service was AMAZING this morning- the very helpful young lady helped me with a tail light issue and was very pleasant and understanding- i recommend this location 100%
I find that I can get more help and cheaper parts for my vehicles than at other auto parts stores. You do have to check the operating times, though. As the East Lake store is only open until 7 pm while the Green Springs store is open until 9 pm.
Started out great. I walked in and the guy immediately began to help me. I told him what I needed, he started to look up my part and the phone rang. He immediately stopped what he was he was doing, answered the phone and began helping the person on the phone. As I stood there in amazement he didn't flinch for a second. After standing there for a hot minute, a guy walked out from the back and just stood there. I had to practically wave my arms before this guy even acknowledged me. I'm a white guy living in a black neighborhood but I'm not "allowed" to mention that because I'm white. I never cease to be amazed.
Horrible Service Was Lied to said i couldn't warranty a detective oil filter i was wanting to pay the difference in the new one would never go back lets not mention i bought the filter a hour ago if i could rate it less than one star i would
This place is garbage. Rude people abound. They won't have what you need in stock. it's a messy, unprofessional business that no one should support. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else first.
