Though you never really want to get stuck with a car that broke down - Alex came for the win! He responded very quickly was out within 15min and brought the car including me to a dealership! He was professional and took care of all the right way. Thank you Alex.
I am so thankful for the gentleman that came and picked up my vehicle. They were very caring and concerned about the issue of my vehicle. They took very care of my SUV and once they made it to the drop off destination, they took pictures and sent back to me. I will be recommending. They were very accommodating. Answered phone quickly, came out quickly, and got my car to the shop fast. Made a stressful experience significantly less stressful. Extremely friendly and reliable. I rode passenger to the auto-repair shop too. You want them to tow for you. HIGHLY recommend.

Alex was there in less than 20 mins to pick up my car in Southside and tow it to Trussville. He was very nice and made the whole process quick and easy. When he got to the shop in Trussville he sent me a pic of my car at the shop. I highly recommend this place and will be using them again

Alex has the best customer service in the state of Alabama! I needed a tow, had been waiting for State Farm to find me a towing company for the last FOUR days and I just decided to call a company on my own. I called Alex and he was at my apt in 10 mins! Words cannot describe the exceptional service Alex provided!
We received word from my son’s neighbor that due to recent storms and more anticipated, his car needed to be moved. Supposedly, there was a tree about to fall on it. Alex quoted me $100.00 and went to the location with an agreement of sending picture documentation, as we are currently hours away and did not want to risk an incident before we could get there. Once he arrived and evaluated the scene, he took pictures and called me to discuss. He did not see that moving the vehicle was necessary. Based on what he showed us, there was no evidence of imminent risk where it was parked.
Expecting at least a service charge, I asked what I owed him for checking it out for us. He said nothing! This is a business, but he genuinely wants to help the community as well.
