Called for help with a U-Haul being stuck, they said they had someone on the way in 30 minutes and it would be $175 with them being a mile and a half away… We called back and they said they were on the way, but no one showed up within 4 hours. They did not even call back like they said they would. Called another company and they said $75, got it done in 2 minutes after waiting 4 hours for a no show.
Very quick towing service, and delivered our vehicle to the requested location promptly. Robert was our tower, he did a great job and was very friendly!

They were so helpful and communicative. I had to get my car towed twice since the first place couldn’t do the repair. The first tow service was a ridiculously long wait and very expensive even through my insurance. King Boyz was more cost effective, much quicker, and easier to work with. Will definitely use them in the future.
I had a tire blowout yesterday on I-20 near Exit 110 and called King Boyz Towing for help. The lady who answered the phone was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful—she had a tow truck dispatched in under 15 minutes!
Robert, the tow truck driver, was amazing. He was a true gentleman who helped me and my two kids into the truck and made sure we were safe and comfortable, especially since we were far from home. When we arrived at the repair shop, he made sure they had the correct tire for my car and didn’t leave until it he confirm that it will be installed asap, and we were taken care of. That level of care and compassion is rare.

They were amazing. We had a difficult situation with a 4WD breakdown in a parking garage April coordinated a tow and Robert was onsite quickly and was incredibly helpful.
I broke down on the side of the interstate pulling a horse trailer with a horse in it. My truck’s oil light came on. I called for roadside assistance and April from KingBoyz Towing was there with what I needed within about 30 minutes. She brought what I needed and was very professional and asked if there was anything else I needed. I know have this company saved to my contacts and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roadside assistance or towing.
I'm so sorry that I didn't get the nice man's name that towed my car today, but he was awesome. Very polite, friendly and my spoiler on the front of my car was dragging and he clipped it to the car so it wouldn't drag while putting it on the hauler. Amazing job and highly recommend their company!
Champ from King Boyz Towing was an ALL-STAR!! After ordering a tow, he immediately called me and said he was ON IT. He arrived before I even got my shoes on!! He quickly got my car on the tow and we were ready to go within minutes. He was super polite and pleasant to talk too. He dropped me off at the mechanics and made sure I was good to go before leaving. I will recommend his services to all of my friends and family. On a bad day where you need a tow he was full of positive energy and made my day better. I couldn't of asked for a better person to help me. 5/5 the BEST!!!!

I must saw this was my first time having tow service from King Boyz. I would definitely recommend them. The service I received from “Champ” was Top Notch. His kind spirit spoke to my spirit because I was beyond ticked with my insurance company for taking 4 hours to assist me with roadside assistance. But when I tell you Champ showed up and showed out & got me on my way at 2:30 in the morning. I will forever be grateful for his act of kindness shown to me. Tonight we had an issue with my mothers car. We were recommended this company by a family friend and called right away to have her car picked up. They were very efficient and reasonably priced for such a short notice. Jayson thankfully came and quickly helped tow her car back home! I had hit a muffler section in the middle of the interstate and had a flat tire. I had been waiting for 5 hours for a tow service from our insurance company. They finally changed to King Boyz towing and they came out in 45 minutes. The driver was the best and his service professional and excellent. I will recommend them any time.
I would like to say that this service was the best service that I had used. Mr. Fred went and beyond his job to make sure that I was good after my car wasn't starting this morning. Mr Fred is a great worker very passionate about his customer making sure that everything goes well and smooth and also taking a stress out of the customer what they are dealing with. I wasn’t able to drive my car in for repairs, so my mechanic recommended King Boyz. Champ called me to let me know he was on his way to me. Over the phone, he was very friendly and enthusiastic about coming out to help me. He arrived very soon after! What I can tell you is, Champ is very professional, he knows what he is doing and he gave me the overall impression that he really loves what he does!! His truck was clean, wheels shining. I was overall very impressed!! If I am ever in need of a tow again, I want The Champ!! Thank you for taking good care of my car.
I needed my mom’s car towed so I got on google and searched for tow services in her area. King Boyz Towing was one of the options and had some really great reviews so I decided to give them a try. The initial call lasted less than five minutes in which the receptionist was extremely professional. Not even five additional minutes had passed after ending the initial call and the tow truck driver Champ was calling me to confirm the pick up. He also was extremely professional. He literally picked up her car ten minutes after we ended our call. The whole experience was quick, easy and professional. I definitely would use them again. If you ever have to use them make sure that you ask for Champ, he definitely got the job done!!!
After the longest day, I somehow got stuck DEEP in mud in my Aunt's yard. After 5 and half terrible hours having to constantly check progress with my insurance, I was beyond frustrated. My Aunt suggested King Boyz. I called and got a fast, reasonable quote so I ordered service. The receptionist said the ETA was 45 min to an hour. She obviously under estimated THE CHAMP! Less than 10 min after I ordered service, I got a call from "Champ" (the gentleman assigned to help me). He asked if I was ready for him to come out. I said BEYOND READY. He legit told me to watch him work! Lol. He was there in less than 25min flat and had my car free and clear in another 20. The whole experience from call to done was so efficient. Champ was so friendly and had such a positive attitude that my mood changed. I requested an invoice for my insurance, and he wrote out one quick and told me Thank You like I helped him! I highly recommend King Boyz. And you got to ask for The Champ when you call!

I was notified by the driver, Champ, that he is on his way. He was so down to earth and immediately made me feel like family. He was also professional, energetic, and positive at the same time. KC is GREAT! I requested tow service for 6:00 a.m. I received an email at 5:32 a.m. indicating they were on the way to my house. I received a phone call from KC at 5:37 a.m. stating he would be to my house in 5 minutes - BEFORE TIME!! KC was very pleasant (cold and outside and early in the a.m.), he was very professional, friendly and courteous. I rode to the dealership with him; wrecker was "good and warm/hot" and clean. He conversed, drove safely and we arrived way before the dealership even opened. He showed me a new route to BMW, which was much quicker. He even offered for me to stay in the wrecker until the service centered opened, but I told him I would just sit in my vehicle so that I would not hold him up. I would recommend your company to anyone and if all of your employees are like KC, then you have an excellent staff. KC is to be commended.
