30G is the man, on time, upbeat, and let's you know what's going on the whole time. I don't know how your other drivers are but he is hands down the est in Birmingham.

I called on Sunday to get my Tesla towed at 11AM. I waited specifically for 3OG to come and take care of my vehicle! He didn’t use a chain which I appreciated and he was here immediately in the morning. He was so kind and friendly I would recommend him to anyone!

The management of this company is rude and very unprofessional. My daughter was getting her car towed for 6 miles and the charge was $130. She was not initially told about the tow charge so we called to get an understanding of the $130. The man stated that the rate is just what they are charging "right now." He couldn't even explain and kept saying he'll tell his driver to drop the car and go to another customer. The driver was very professional and he apologized several times that we weren't aware of the charge. The driver was very patient and was calm during the entire process. I would not recommend this company but I definitely would rate the driver a 10/10.

3OG came through promptly and towed my car to the shop. He took care to safely hook it up since my particular model had some sensitive tow points and preferred straps only and no hooks. I would use them again if necessary, ask for OG

3OG was amazing! Very prompt! Friendly and very understanding! I called to have my truck picked up he was to me in 20 min and then I had to call back to get another tow and he was there to pick my truck up in less than 10 min! Highly recommend very reasonable with pricing and responses immediately!
Triple OG was amazing. I'm glad he was the one they sent to me. I was about to walk to my car but he offered to pick me up instead. I truly recommend Aztec towing . Their fast and reliable. The prices are reasonable as well.
I used Azteca Towing LLC today and had a mixed experience. The driver, 30G, was simply amazing—super helpful, professional, and kind. They went above and beyond to assist me, and their effort deserves 5 stars alone. However, my interaction with the owner was a completely different story. The owner was extremely rude, which left a sour taste after what could have been a perfect experience. Azteca Towing might be worth considering for the great service from their drivers, but the management's attitude could definitely use some improvement.
From the time I called to get someone out and when they arrived was within 15 minutes. 30G arrived quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and made the whole ordeal feel comfortable. Got me to a tire shop to get my tire repaired and I was back on the road within the next hour. Thank you all so much.

Decent price, great customer service and my driver 30G was AWESOME. I didn't quite know my location while on the highway. He had a great sense of direction to find me and was there in under 10 minutes. Hopefully I wouldn't need a towing company any time soon lol but if so, I would hesitate to call them. This is an honest review.

I just want to say I had to contact roadside assistance because I locked my keys in my vehicle and I have roadside assistance through Life360. I called made the report my driver his name was 30G He called me and he was there within 15 minutes. He literally got in my car within 30 seconds. I had an overall wonderful experience. The driver was super nice super cool I highly recommend life 360 roadside assistance going through tow tracks any day above all five stars hats off to 30 G.
I am a Contract Healthcare Worker from out of state and on my way to work when my driver's side tire blew out. Unfamiliar and between exits, Jose was able to find my location and with his help, I was on my way to the nearest tire shop in no time at all.
