This was the best experience I have ever had with a towing company !! I am very pleased with them . I had called a few other companies before settling with 24 towing . When I called around everyone gave me estimates , leaving it up to me to figure out the cost it would take to tow my car . Although , I did find cheaper options (not by much ! ) I decided to go with this company because he was straight to the point giving me the exact price ! He was extremely nice and came off very trustworthy so I was more than willing to pay the extra 20 or so dollars . He communicated with me throughout the entire process , told me he was 30 minutes from my car and showed up exactly then !!! I didn’t even have to be present in order for him to tow my car , he also took pictures of my car to confirm it was the correct vehicle and brought it right back to my house and I was able to give him cash for his service !! I will definitely use this company again if I ever need another tow and will be referring them to friends and family !! I highly recommend using them !
Ali recovered my car from the side of the interstate after I hydroplaned on the way to work one morning. The wait was shorter than the other company I called and the price was better. The service was on point and I'll use him again if misfortune calls or if I need anything towed.
I had an excellent experience with this company. They headed towards my location right away and even though my car was difficult to unlock to get the keys out, Ali never complained or was rude. Very nice people and will definitely use again if needed
I am very disappointed with this company, We were stranded at Children’s hospital for 3 hours with our two kids, my car would not start. We tried everything. We left. They claimed they told us that it started when they got in it but no he did not. We wouldn’t have had to waste his time. He did not have to work hard just drove it on the truck and brought it to our location. And drove it back off the truck. Still charged us $300. Do not recommend.
Above and beyond! Ali was One of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They got me safely to a tire shop and made sure they could get the tires I needed. 10 out of 10 stars plus a high five!

Awesome service. My insurance-provided towing company was over 2 hours late and I almost missed my appointment. I gave Birmingham 24 Towing a call on a whim and they were at my house in under 15 minutes. The driver was very pleasant, professional, and took extra care as to make sure my car was not damaged in the process (has a really low ride height and would've scraped the bumpers otherwise). Awesome work.
I cannot speak highly enough of this company!! Our camper blew a tire in the middle of an area we were not familiar with. It was late and we had our whole family with us. I called and within 10 minutes, he arrived and was so incredibly helpful. Our tire was fixed in less than 10 mins. Seriously, if you are in this area this is the place you must call!

Alex was a very cool guy and professional. I usually don't watch ppl but I had to see how he was going to tow my daughter's car. He did a very good job. And the price was good as well. Weil Wrecker was rude and over priced and I will definitely not be using them... EVER...
