I used them on three occasions. One was when we had a Volvo XC90 that had transmission issues and they checked everything out but couldn’t be fixed. Charged me minimal for the for the outcome. Then we bought 2 older 4 Runners not knowing what they needed. They were great deals. Took both and they told us exactly what they needed but then said here’s what you need first and what could wait. They let me have a loaner car when needed. Then when wife out of town and I had the flu they brought the car to my house. Customer service and employees have been fabulous and always above nice. Even txt to see how I was feeling before checking my car. I had a mechanic for 20 years in Vestavia and first time I used someone new, I’m very happy with them. I feel anything I need they would accommodate to the best of their ability.

I would not recommend this place. We brought both our cars here for years. I took my SUV in for an oil change and as soon as I got home, noticed it was heavily leaking oil. I brought it back it, they said the oil pan was “stripped” and that they wouldn’t fix it. My car was fine when it arrived and left needing $3100 in repairs to replace the oil pan. They offered nothing to fix the problem. 0/10 would not recommend.
Although the price was a little higher than I would like to have spent being a mechanic and all myself. These folks took care of a blown water pump we had on the way home from Florida to Indiana. I couldn't be any more satisfied with how it all went down and the end result. Very nice people, thank you guys so much!
I learn my lesson by going here to get an oil change, which by the way was $100. That is an astronomical amount to charge someone for an oil change for starters. Not to mention my oil started leaking in my car two days after the oil change. The following Monday I go back so they can fix the problem and I didn’t get one apology, one explanation, nothing. They looked at my car and once it was ready came and got me and said nothing else. The staff is clearly not good with people and just plain rude. I wouldn’t let them work on my child’s tricycle. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
Went in for a trailer tire and they tried charging me 180 dollar they need to shut this place down asap you can get a trailer tire on a rim at Lowe's for 120 this place is ridiculous they are price gouging SHUT THEM DOWN
Car was towed less then mile and they Damaged my front bumper car is only 3 weeks old and they denied that they did it brand new car ruined I Called Vestavia police department arrving to the shop he got out the truck told me to give him second and talked to them keep in mind I called and they did nothing at all 0 stars this establishment is racist shouldn’t be allowed to handle peoples vehicles at all!!
I stopped in to see if they could tow my motorhome because I couldn't find anyone to tow. They didn't have the equipment required but Christina went through all her contacts and helped me call every service in the area until we found someone who could. Thank you so much!!!
Be warned!!! My son had a wreck and his card was towed here. We were out of town at the time. When we got back and checked on it there were never mention of storage fees, but several days later we got a bill that exceeded the wrecked value
Of the car. In a moment of crisis this business owner who could be a blessing to his community instead used us to fatten his wallet. Every time I drive by this location I remember that doing business in a community is a privilege. They will never get my business again for anything.
Their service was fast when my car needed towing and worked on. I would give 5 stars but the outrageous bill for a tow 5 miles and the work on my car was way above the average price.
Well anything to do with Vestavia isn't on my to do list. Every time I go there I end up in jail, which is exactly the reason I had to go to this fine establishment. My car was impounded here for 3 days they charged me $350 to get it back. Next time I go to jail I'll be sure it isn't in Vestavia because that's a bit pricey for just 3 days of sitting there.
i didn't have time to search for many places to get a tire replaced because i was working, I googled up tire replacements near me and this place popped up. They just charged me $50 to patch a tire lol, I've never paid a company over $10 for a patched tire
This place was way overpriced.My car was towed by vestavia police from McDonald's to their location, less than a half mile away and it sat on their lot for three days total and the price to get the vehicle out was $315 with a daily rate of $30 everyday there after. Staff was nice but place was a total rip off. To make matters worse as I was leaving the parking lot I was immediately pulled over by vestavia police for the exact same reason of an expired tag. Now how could I have had chance to correct this error since I was just leaving the impound yard. Maybe they expect you to handle all that before picking up the car but with the price going up daily that wasn't possible. Luckily the cop didn't write me any additional tickets but I think it was a set up.
Vestavia Tire has always taken great care of any needs that i have. The employees are outstanding and very helpful! Go there if you need any help with your vehicle needs!
I had to deal with them to get my car out of impound, and they were absolutely magnificent . I’m using those adjectives on purpose, as I was blown away by their kindness. Wow what an AAA+ company
August 21 2019 I was involved in an accident on my scooter. I was charged $125.00 to tow my scooter 2 Tenths of a mile!!!!!
When I questioned the manager on duty she refused my request to adjust my bill even though it was such a short distance. My scooter only had some cosmetic scrapes and was to drivable . Since I was in the ER all day I didn’t know the towing charge until I went to Vestavia Tire Express later in the day.
When I then asked the charge for towing my scooter 8 miles to my house I got a $100.00

for the 8 mile distance to my house, and they were prompt and did an Excellent job!!!!!
I feel like I was gouged when my scooter was

I replaced all my front end parts with new parts then took it to Vestavia Tire Express for an alignment. After waiting almost 3 hours for an alignment, he informed me that my gearbox that I had just replaced was bad. When I got the truck back my new parts had been swapped with worn out parts.
I come from a little town in Tenn. Moved here and needed a oil change. Some people told me about vestavia tire expresses .im glad I went they did a very good job and didn't take long at all

I live in Jemison and have taken all my cars to this shop. Very pleasant staff and reasonable prices.
I was stranded on the side of the interstate and this was the closest place so that's where I went and that was over 7 years ago and would never consider going any where else.
They have always let me know up front what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost.
They also have the cleanest bathrooms of any service station I have ever seen.
I have been a customer with them for several years I have never had a bad experience and I have to say I wouldn't take my car to be serviced any were else
I have been a steady customer for over a year now. These guys replaced my tires at an extremely competitive price and also did brake work that several other shops in town had not been able to get done correctly. They are friendly and easy to work with.
This place is a scam !!! Completely !! Vestavia Police called them to tow it after the battery died on the interstate Was told it would be $85 . Once they got there said that it would be $175. Keep in mind it stopped on the interstate in Vestavia not even 5 miles to their shop . They then said we will only charge 85 if you let us work on your car here .. But the charges for car repair was $700 . For a dead battery which they said they would charge for 37.50. They also never gave us anything in writing when they took the car . Also told my husband 2.00 for storage but then miraculously it went from $2 and day to $25 a day. Told me storage fee was $50 for two calendar days . Picked up car at 7:30pm 11/1/15 went to get car on 11/2/15 they close at 5. So it wouldn't have been technically stored for under 24hrs. Then the owner was very rude he kept over talking me when I was trying to get a break down of the charges . I work for a law firm and I know that these practices are not fair and I will be taking legal action against them . I also filed a complaint with the BBB for shady dealings . Last but not least they had the nerve to have the Vestavia Police Dept there when my husband came to get our vehicle . Darn Shame !! BOB BIRDSONG is the manager!! He is rude and he ripped me an my husband !!!
My Son got in an accident and these guys showed up to tow him. It cost $125 towing to go very close bye but worst is that they said they were a body shop. They are not a body shop and so they charged us $50 to store the car overnite. My son returned the next day to see about the repairs, they said they were not a body shop and that it we owed $260.00 an additional $85 for the tow to a body shop. This is very disturbing business practice and I do not recommend this shop. I will be contacting the better business bureau in Birmingham as they do not publish their rates and are gouging the consumer in their time of distress and need.
