My brother went in to have the slave cylinder changed out. Most of been a bad part. 6months earlier I put in a new flywheel, pressure plate,throw out bearing, and slave cylinder in his truck. Ron's Firestone went in and took all the new stuff out and put in new. Never calling my brother about it. ..
I straight up asked him why the hell would you do that. He answer was I just did. Said he wouldn't charge him. Next day he changed him alright.. it was screw My brother day..
Wanted to give a huge shout out to Albert and mason! Two employees here. They came out and helped me on the side of the road with a flat tire and jumped my truck off for me! They were very polite and helpful. I don't know what I would have done if they wouldn't have come to help me. I'm definitely gonna be sending business their way! ❤️❤️
Ron is an amazing man. He’s fair and very kind. Him and his family have been in business for a long time and I’d venture to guess that is because of how they do business. Very fair prices and you can be certain to get a great conversation out of your visit as well. I would ignore the few negative comments I’ve read on here and go see for yourself.
Had a tire “patched” got nearly to Samson and looked back and it was nearly all the way flat and my rim was bent. Called and told them the responce was “oh okay”.
Took the tire off myself and they didn’t patch it at all.
Had a tire that kept leaking air. Mr Ron took my key and said, "Have a seat and we will get you taken care of." He then sat with me, and we visited like old friends. We knew a lot of the same people. Before we knew it, my tire was fixed. Good visit with a good man and good job.
I couldn't be happier with the service we received at Ron's, the team there took care of our truck when we were in a pickle and it was top notch work. Highly recommend Ron's.
Ron the owner is Very professional loved how I was treated. I wanted my tire fixed but the mechanic who worked on it found that the wheel also needed fixed. I had to replace the tire he worked on it for over an hour. Made my car safe and did not charge me..if you ever in Geneva Alabama this is a great place to get your repairs done...God bless that mechanic!
I called yesterday morning to have abandoned unauthorized vehicles removed from our property and they told me they’d be out that afternoon. No one ever showed up so we called before they closed and they said they weren’t coming that day. No one ever called. Just wasn’t going to show even though we had been waiting around. Today we called this morning, they said they’d be there in the afternoon. Again. Another no show and no phone call. Thanks guys! We will take our business elsewhere ??
We ran into car trouble on our way home from vacation. It was on a Sunday in the middle of nowhere. Ron's towed us in, fixed us up and got us on our way. Couldn't believe the service we recieved, what a blessing. Jeremy the mechanic and Earl the tow driver were such a godsend.
I'm new to Samson/Geneva and while Ron and his staff were nice, they didn't fix my car's problem, and probably made it worse. My check engine light was on and they gave me a tune up for $160 and told me the light was off. The light never went off. I thought it might take a day or so to switch of by itself but it didn't. I don't drive it much here, but over the holidays I wasn't at home and didn't take it back immediately which I should have. When I got around to it, they said I had a burned valve and gave me a $2000+ estimate. I wish they cared about new customers as much as they do their regulars. If you're a single woman, don't go here. They will probably screw you over.
Crazy story but had to be shared. This morning my sons alternator died while he and friend returning to Ohio from Florida. The alternator shut completely down literally in front of Galloway Automotive and Equipment in Westville, Florida. Dan Galloway (owner) was there and treated my son and friend like his own. He called a tow truck to have my sons car towed to Geneva. Tow truck driver showed up, towed into Geneva and dropped at Rons Firestone. They were basically closed for the day but a few guys (son didnt get names) stayed and installed new alternator they grabbed from Oreillys. They were back on the road in less than 4 hours from breakdown. This all done on a Saturday after 11am. Many good people went out of their way to help get these kids back on the road and safely. I cant thank all involved enough. Not very likely to run into such good Americans anymore. Thanks to Dan Galloway, Tow Truck Driver (didnt get his name) and those from Rons who stayed to help!

They were closed when our tire blew up on the side of the road. I called Ron, he them called his employees and opened up for us to get us fixed up so we can get back on the road to get home. THANK YOU for everyone's help. I will be spreading the word ??
You get what you pay for and at Ron's you get great service. When another shop in town didn't show up for a service call Ron said his guys would be there in 15 minutes and they were. When you add up everything he did in the name of service like picking up and delivering my van and much more at no additional charge the value can't be beat. Thanks Ron! - Lamar
