What a great experience I had an issue with a head light and Aden went above and beyond to help me identify the problem and them came outside in the parking lot and fixed it for me..superb customer service Great job by Aden he deserves a raise.
What an amazing job the assistant manager did by helping me with the windshield wiper blades for my Kia. He took his time out to help us and the Lord Jesus has entrusted him with a great position at O'Reilly's.
The manager at this location is extremely rude and shouldn't be an employee, much less a manager.. I try to avoid this place like a plague when Alan is there.

I was in Walmart parking when my car wouldn't start. I called O'Reilly to see if they knew of anyone who did roadside assist (my Roadside Assist couldn't find one in the area). The young man who answered, Devon was very polite and helpful. He walked from the store to my car in 98 degree heat to help me get my car started. I definitely would recommend them.

I bought a alternator online and sent someone to pick it up, just to find out I needed a new battery. I went to return the alternator and get the battery and the people who was working said that it was not the alternator they sold. They said the box that it was in was their box but the alternator was not. The number on the box matched the numbers in the confirmation email, but the numbers on the alternator didnt match the numbers on the box. Insinuating that somebody on my end had swapped the alternator out with a different one. First off, where am i gonna find the same exact alternator for my car besides o' reilleys? Advance auto parts? Why would i buy a alternator from one store and return it to another? Secondly, who has time for that? I don't have a reliable vehicle for that. They would not give me my money back or anything.
The man that works in oreillys with long blonde hair is very incapable of taking care of the simplest request . Never in my life have I ever interacted with a man incapable of a simple task. I will never return to this store.
O'Reilly's used to be very friendly and the gentleman that worked there were very helpful. Now you have to wait until one certain guy is there to really get any help and if he is not there you go to Advance to get help

Told the guy I needed signal light bulbs for my car, told him Year, and model. He said they didn't have any in stock but had a different brand. So I bought those and he gave me the wrong size. Called to confirm I can exchange and told me he didn't help me and there's nothing they can do. Worst customer service
