Well I have always been happy with action towing they was fast and reasonable they was the only towing company I would use. But this gives me a total different outlook about them.
My son went to jail and his.truck was at a motel and the keys was with him so I call Wed morning and he gave me a price tell him what's going on I don't have the keys cause if I had them I would not even needed it towed so didn't hear anything from him i call 2 times and still nothing call Friday and ask him if he was gonna get it now member this was the 3rd day 1st on the list when they open 9 give r take. So I was going to town and I call again and this time his whole mood had changed he said it not ur truck u don't have the keys and I said hey u knew this the 1st time I called him and I got my son's mustang from them when he went to jail so I know how they work. ALL HE HAD TO DO IS TELL ME FROM THE GET GO ALL THIS INSTEAD INSTEAD TELLING ME HE WAS GONNA GET IT.AND TELLING ME LIES. I KNOW PEOPLE WILL DO ANYTHING SO I UNDERSTAND THAT BUT AGAIN ALL HE HAD TO DO IS SAY I CANT GET IT WITHOUT UR SON. PERMISSIONS AND HE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN IF I HAD THE KEYS I WOULD NOT HAVE NEEDED IT TOWED PERIOD!!! SO THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER!!!!
I needed a tow around 4:00 this morning 😞 The owner came out and brought my car home. He was professional and very nice! We went from Attalla to Snead and just chatted on the drive. Awesome tow truck driver! Would highly recommend!
The owner is absolutely awesome! He went above and beyond to get me and my car home. They even fought with my roadside assistance because my house was a couple of miles past my coverage and they (my road side) wanted to change me 120 extra for those 2 miles. I am so thankful for the help you gave me.
The guys there went out of their way to right a wrong. Call and talk to them or stop by in person if something is not right. This business is community minded and all about making a real difference in peoples lives, not just a tow truck company!
AAA dispatched this company & the tower was friendly but professional. Sent a text saying he was on his way & explained the process. I'd highly recommend driver Thomas.
