Upsetting to drive to a location when's it says they close at 530 and you get there at 505 and they're already closed. Couldn't find hours on the outside of the building either.

Super friendly and helpful! I needed some bolts just to apply my tag to my new used car and after getting my license plate at the dmv I stopped by and they new right away what I needed and even helped me put my tag on my car. 10/10 would recommend!

Traveling from Mississippi to VA , alternater went out 7:30 am. Never been treated any better anywhere. Owner offered coffee checked electrical system , confirmed bad. Alternater had been replaced 4/22/2017 new, went inside had a new one on shelf . Regretted not to have anyone to install ,but when I asked for tools he didn't hesitate to loan them to me. 40 minutes and we were back on road. Advised me his responsibility to NAPA was to get me back on road as soon as possible. Glad to know there are still some good people out there. May you have a Blessed future.

These were some for the most friendly and helpful people I have ever had the pleasure being served by. We past at least 3 other auto parts stores and was so pleased when we left NAPA. The pricing is more than fair and some of the parts we purchased were half the price we have paid in the past . Thank you again for eveything especially just being kind people.
