Moving from MN to St. George Ut and my husband's abs locked on him and we wore out his rotor, having most of our tools packed away and not knowing what to do we came to O'Reilly and Stetson was absolutely amazing to work with he truly knows his stuff and didn't hesitate to help us however he could. He even allowed us to change our breaks and rotor in the parking lot, come to find out we also need to replace our wheel bearings and he gave us more tips and tricks to help. Thank you so much for hiring this man. He was a lifesaver, and said if we needed any more help not to hesitate to ask him. He even offered to help us with our brakes if we didn't finish by the time he was off work!
The men are always helpful and very patient and polite. There is a woman there who is absolutely difficult and tries her best to prevent people from returning to the task that is already most likely stressful with their vehicle. For example you don't need to know the specific sub model to get a brake pad or coolant, and it isn't necessary to belittle someone about it as if it's obvious what kind of model a truck is that isn't present. I don't remember her name but she's a completely ignorant woman and I will be shopping at Napa from now on to prevent supporting her commission. My advice is to avoid a stupid experience and recieve service from a professional environment.
On the way back home to Minnesota while on vacation my battery was weak and almost didn't crank over my car at Little America. Coasted into Green River to the nearest O'Reilly's and Jessica at the counter was more than helpful as well as her coworker of whom I didn't get their name. They worked really hard to give me a good deal and were helpful with supplying tools that I didn't have since I was in vacation mode. The folks working this morning need to be recognized for how much they helped a guy out on the road. Great job and thank you!
I would like to say thank you to O'Reilly's for honoring a warranty that was over 15 years old. Staff was very understanding and very knowledgeable. Always have and will continue to do my business at O'Reilly's. I would like to say thank you to Jessica for helping me with this warranty. It always pays to shop locally. I learned that many years ago and it paid off again. Thank you O'Reilly's and thank you to all the employees that work there in Green River.
Have had no problem getting the right parts for my vehicle unlike the auto zone store. I asked for the clerk to check my electrical system and he went right out and did it with out any complaints or telling me to take it to a mechanic like auto zone did.
This place was awesome really nice man working named Christopher who helped us out so much in so many ways can't thank this place enough we wouldn't have made it without this place they stayed after a little bit passed closing to help best help I've ever had from a auto parts store
I generally always shop at o'reilly's but that just changed ... I am traveling in an RV and I stopped at Springtime Laundry to wash my clothes and do an oil change.
My oil pan drain plug failed, I called them they had one in stock ... I asked them if they could bring it to me since I was on foot and a 1/2 mile away.
They said NO ... so I called Napa, they said sure we'll be over in 5 minutes.
I'll be shopping at Napa from now on!!
The employees in this store are always helpful. If they don't have the part I need they get it the very next day. Good friendly service not much more you could ask for.
Great customer service when iv gone in and this most recent time only took the guy a few mins and fixed a prob I have had for a year definitely gonna make road trips more fun thank you thank you!!

The staff went above and beyond helping me when I was broke down in green river wy. They called around to their competitors helping me look for a part that they did not have in stock. One of the staff even offering to drive me to their competitors if they had the part in stock.
We have been stopping at this store for about 5 years, when they first opened! They know their stuff,, and are willing to go the extra mile.. plus,, their warranty on the items they sale are truly 100% returnable for a new one, no questions asked. I am giving them a 5 star rating for their prices and knowledge. J-Bird
I was in the Green River store the other day and Laura was standing at the counter looking grumpy and not friendly at all. Never asked if I needed assistance. If you're going to work in the public you should be more people-friendly. The one guy she did ask, she must have got on his nerve because he walked out. And God forbid, please don't try to reprimand the other worker in front of customers. Not cool!
Laura was absolutely rude and was yelling at a customer who had helped someone else put coolant in their own car and just played on her phone the rest of the time I was in the store
Clerks are not helpful. They are even hurtful making people feel stupid of they don't know something about there car. Shouldn't the clerks be able to tell a customer where to find the info. Will never shop here again.

My water pump went out in green river which is about 5 hours from home and Ivan was really helpful with the replacement and loaning me tools to get me back on the road. He even offered to tow me back of it didn't fix the problem. Kind knowledgable people like him are the reason I only shop at O'Reilly's.thanks again for all your help.
Tire on our trailer blew out and we pulled into the maverick across the street. Called oreileys to see about tools and we forgot a jack and 2 gentlemen came to our rescue. I am so grateful for those 2 kind men would have been stuck for awhile or paid a fortune if it weren't for them.

I went in because my check engine light was on. They plugged it in and told me my fuel injectors were clogged or corroded. They recommended I buy CATACLEAN and follow the instructions and I did. It worked. It was an easy $22.00 fix.
Loved it! Had problems with my battery, they came out and tested it, found out it wasn't holding a charge, showed me what they had a available, and changed it for me right there!
