I had a problem with my Ram and unfortunately it was going to go to a bad place quickly as we sometimes get the bad news and not the good which we all would hope 500 miles from home. I was so lucky to have this family by my side in a very unfortunate situation.

I had a flat tire on a saturday due to a leak on my tires valve stem (which was allegedly fixed by my tire shop back home) while I was staying near Pinedale while traveling. They were the only place open on Saturday within 40 miles. I drove over on my spare, and they replaced all of my valve stems at a very fair price and had it done within an hour and before they closed. They helped me get on my way while I was in a pinch. Very much appreciated!
Williams is the only place where I will take my truck. Bend over backwards to do whatever it takes to get the job done. When you do business with Williams, you've made new friends and found the best place possible for your vehicle.
Was in the neighborhood after a blowout and I was annoyed about having to make a trip to Pinedale and wait in a line and get overcharged somewhere that actually had the tires I needed (my vehicle is a gmc jimmy from the 90s before everything got huge) in stock. Luckily I gave Williams a call first and they had some great tires that fit the vehicle. I told them I was flexible for the next few days on getting service and they, sounding apologetic, said I should wait about an hour and then come in.
Dropped my vehicle off, walked down to the town fishin' pond, and a few fish and an hour later and I had some nice new tires on my vehicle. Good price, friendly folks, and no need to drive to Pinedale!!
I can’t even begin to say enough great things about Dave and his crew. While up visiting from NM, I got a flat tire a few miles from our cabin. It would have been simple if the spare tire cable safety latch hadn’t have gotten stuck. I took the flat off, my dad drove me 50 miles to Williams Automotive and they fixed the flat. Once I explained my issue with my spare they suggested I bring it back. So I went, put the fixed tire on, drove back to Marbleton and they took care of the cable and went completely above and beyond. You only get service like this in Wyoming. Thanks Dave for hookin’ a girl up so I can drive the 1k+ miles back home.
We replaced a back window on a truck. After calling around we found this business fairly priced and they WANTED/APPRECIATED our business. Nicest people you will ever meet. Very happy we chose to drive there instead of settling for a Pinedale business.
A couple of travelling Aussies broke down just outside town, the boys gave us a free tow to the shop and got straight onto fixing our van, had the part ordered that afternoon, and fixed by lunch the next day, even gave us a lift to nearest hotel, honest and professional service. Can't speak highly enough about Dave, Daryl and their boys. Many thanks and advise their support to anyone needing automotive repairs in the Marbleton area. 10 stars! Yew, cheers boys.
