My trucks rear end went out, a younger guy came with a lug nut key, and he let me use his personal tools while he went to another call to change out the wheels on my truck. he then helped me get my truck on the trailer. absolutely amazing guy and service

Our RV broke down along the interstate. Ted’s Towing showed up quickly to tow us to Sheridan and then assisted in helping us find a mechanic shop to work on it. We are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

My 1929 Model A motor broke over a hundred miles from home. Ted's Wrecker Service showed up in less than an hour. Actually Ted himself handled this call. His care in "strapping" down my pride and joy was much appreciated. If I should ever need wrecker service in the future and I am in his area I for sure will be calling Ted's Wrecker Service.

I was in a pickle on a holiday weekend. Battery was dead. I called them up and a guy was here so fast. I was shocked! He got my running and I got to town in less than an hour. Thank you!!!

Great people. My car took some damage while being towed and the driver was apologetic and didn’t charge me anything. They said they’d pay for all damages and they kept their word. Very appreciative of these guys 🙏💜

I called Ted’s this morning for a tow for my stepdaughter after her truck broke down. I spoke with a lady in their office and she got all the needed info and dispatched a truck out to us quickly. Heath showed up and was friendly and professional and got her truck hooked up fast and got it dropped off at the mechanics for us. Thank you both for all you did, we really appreciate you. I would highly recommend their services should you ever be in need for a tow.

I hate to leave a bad review, because Ted himself was very kind to me when I was in my accident and needed my car towed. However, the same cannot be said for the rest of his staff. I was unable to have my car released to insurance the first day because the secretary was gone and apparently no one else is able to release it. The next day I call back 10 minutes after opening, and was told the secretary hadn’t switched the phones over yet, and to try again in 10 more minutes. Third attempt, I get ahold of the secretary who has some issues finding my car in their system. I figured it was because my accident was so recent, so I brushed it off. Until a week later when I call my insurance for an update and they inform me that when they sent their vendor to pick up my car, the same secretary told them my car was not there and then called them back hours later to tell them they did in fact have my car. At this point, the tow truck was hours away and couldn’t just turn around to get my car. I called to ask what the confusion seemed to be, only be told “it’s fine now, they can come get it whenever.” There was never an apology or anything or explanation, just brushed off not knowing my car was in their possession on two separate occasions. Trying to make the best out of the unfortunate situation, I made my way down to the tow company and asked to clean out my car. They sent me to their lot around the corner from their main shop and said someone would meet me there. I waited for 10-15 minutes, which wasn’t a big deal, but I called the main shop just to make sure someone was on their way, only to be treated like I was stupid for asking. When the gentleman arrived, he didn’t say a single word to me, he only unlocked the gate and started to walk back to his truck. I asked if he had the key to my vehicle, and he said “Well, go see if it’s unlocked.” It was in fact unlocked and had been left that way for a week at that point. The guy sat in his truck for the whole 2 minutes it took me to get the items out of my car and then took off once I gave him a thumbs up and he locked the gate again. Again, I think Ted was a great guy, very kind and efficient, but there is clearly a disconnect between him and staff, as their customer service is less than optimal.

AAA had to find me a tow truck in the area when i ended up stuck on the side of the interstate at 12:00 am on a sunday and i'm so grateful they sent me a driver named Chris who made sure we got home safe without my 15 month old being stuck in the car for another day or more on her first road trip! genuinely kind, efficient and professional service!

Ted’s Towing did an excellent job getting our broken-down Ford F350 off the mountain and to the Ford dealer in Sheridan. They first towed us a short distance to our campsite and waited while we removed the camper so the truck could be safely transported on the flatbed. On time, friendly, knowledgeable and safe. The price was more than fair!

We broke down on I-90 between Sheridan and Billings. AAA got Ted’s Towing to tow our Audi Q5 diesel to Billings. We rode with Ted and Bess in the cab. They are very friendly and nice. They are great tour guides too!! I was so happy with their service.

We lost our transmission at the Mt/Wy border on I 90. Called Ted's and they had a wrecker on location within 45 minutes. Driver was very friendly and respectful of our dilemma. I had contacted a campground to park our 5er. Ted's sent another truck over to park the camper so they could take the truck to get repaired. The folks there went above and beyond to make sure we got settled in. Thank you so very much!

Very unprofessional and rude dispatcher. Claimed I didn't call her when I called her multiple times to find out dispatch info. I had it on my phone records and sent it to the insurance company. Had to call the towing insurance number to get throught. The driver arrived with a really bad attitude, as if he didn't want to tow and was going to let you know it. Go anyplace else. I have had a good experience with A plus towing. Use their service instead...they will call you and are actually nice people.

If you need a tow truck, call Ted's Towing. We needed our F350 towed after the starter went out. Ted's driver arrived within 30 minutes of our call. Being from out of town it was fantastic to not have to wait long for him to arrive. The driver was friendly, helpful and was quick getting the pickup hooked up and on the way to the repair shop.

I can’t say enough good about Ted’s Towing. We were stranded on the Interstate in our RV. In no time at all Heath from Ted’s towing pulled up. We didn’t think his tow truck would be able to tow our RV but this obviously was not his first time towing an RV. He was efficient, very reassuring, and took good car of our “home”. Ted is a humble and kind Marine Vietnam Veteran. Thank you for your commitment to our country and your business. We were traveling through and just booked a hotel in Buffalo since Sheridan's hotels were booked due to the rodeo. Our Triglide trike had a flat and it was towing our bunkhouse. Ted came out and had taken the time to ensure the mufflers did not get scrapped while lifting on truck he also towed the bunkhouse camper. When we got to hotel he made sure our room was confirmed. Pure professional.

Ross showed up 15 minutes earlier than AAA stayed, it was 107 degrees out and I was very glad for his early arrival. He safely and quickly got my Jeep up on the truck and off to Sherridan so I could fix my Jeep! Ross unloaded my Jeep at a parts store as I went in to get my part! He had everything done by the time I got out. Ross was very friendly and respectful... he even recommended lodging to beat the 107 degree heat! Ross is a great guy, love that accent! I hope I never have to see him again in a professional capacity, but I know if I do need a tow Ross is the man to get it right!

Transmission sprang a leak about 30 miles outside of Sheridan at night and AAA would only tow us to the next gas station. A quick google search for local towing companies led us to Ted’s Towing. After a short wait, Ross showed up and rescued us. I served in the military but Ross is a true American hero. He got us to Sheridan, took our car to a trustworthy mechanic and dropped us off at a hotel with additional advice about potential repair scenarios, car rentals and local trivia. I would never want anyone to be in the same position we were but if you are, go ahead and call Ted’s Towing and wait for the Ross cavalry to arrive.

We were super grateful today for Ross of Ted’s Towing. He not only towed our vehicle quickly and efficiently but safely brought my family down the Big Horn mountains after our tire blew. He took our vehicle to where we needed to take it to get it repaired and made sure they could help us before he left. Thank you very much Ross!

Got stranded on the highway at night and was fortunate enough to have Ross as my tow truck driver. He was sympathetic,friendly, and very professional. Honestly the best towing experience I've encountered. Ross also made great honest recommendations for local shops. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend Ted's Towing and hopefully Ross will be your driver!

Ross was our savior! After going over the Bighorn Mountains, we found our back left tire was almost completely flat. We tried to make our way to Sheridan, WY and the nearest service station only to end up stranded on interstate 90E. That’s when we called Ted’s Towing and Ross showed up in short order—much quicker than expected. He had our car on his flatbed in minutes and immediately took us to his tow yard to help us change our tire. Ross was so helpful, so nice and understanding and he saved us from a pretty bad situation. We’re so thankful for the service Ted’s Towing and Ross provided, make sure to use them if you need a helping hand.

Our truck broke down at the top of the mountain on a Sunday afternoon. Ross from Ted's Towing came and picked up our family with 2 children and brought us safely to Sheridan through foggy roads with our truck. Ross was kind, caring, and professional. He treated us well! Thank you Ross!

Great service! Our tow driver was from Brooklyn, and super fast and efficient. Not only did he save us money, by offering to open my car (I lost my keys , and in opening the car, my keys were found!) He was friendly and efficient. We will definitely use them again, 10 stars!

I was driving home from Billings and my rear tire blew out on the interstate. I called teds And they sent Ross out quickly. He was amazing and helpful he was very patient with my Being emotional as it was me and my two-year-old in the car. He was great with my son and helped us get the car to the tire place and get us to a hotel for the night, He even helped carry all my luggage inside and made sure that the front desk got me taken care of. I would highly recommend them and you luck out if you get Ross as your driver!!!

After hitting a deer on the freeway about 35 miles west of Sheridan—Ted’s towing came to our rescue. Ross made us feel totally at ease and treated us like we were one of his best friends. He went way out of his way to help us get a rental car and accommodations so that we could get back on the road the following day. Forget about five stars this man deserves 10+. Ross did everything he could to help us in an unfortunate situation. Highly recommend Ted’s towing service.

We were stuck in the worst way in an impossible area to get out of. We were referred to Ted's Towing, and it turned out to be the best advise ever ! The employees of Ted's Towing were all very wonderful people, and took very good care of us and our needs. They not only got the vehicle out of a bad situation, but they repaired it too.
