The guy helping us was super knowledgeable about the parts we needed and they had them in stock. I went to 2 other napas in Logan and they didn't have the right parts. It seems these guys carry the items you'd need for older farm and ranch trucks which I really appreciate.
I ordered spark plugs and the employee told me he ordered them and they would be in the next day. When I called them the next day to find out if they came in I was told they were never ordered.
We broke down heading home to Utah from Jackson, WY and got towed to this location. Trace helped us figure out the alternator was bad, and he went above and beyond and stayed after hours to help us replace it. Came in clutch when we needed it. Highly recommend.
This location has prompt service and friendly staff, but was a bit hasty with simple installation. They offer an ample surplus of auto parts as you'd expect.
We were on a road trip from San Diego and was heading to the Grand Teton NP when my van wouldn’t start. I stopped by at this place thinking my battery was dead only to find out that it was a loose connection, not the battery. A person who worked here was so honest and told me what was going on and refunded me the money back for the battery I just bought and then referred me to an auto repair shop not too far from there because he didn’t have the tools. Very helpful. Knew a lot about different products. Gave us a price on the phone, then when we got there they had quoted the price wrong and it was more expensive, but they honored the price they gave us on the phone. I'd highly recommend them. The store was open, clean and organized and the employees were excellent!
Super nice and extremely smart. I really enjoy the staff and store. Can be difficult sometimes to get help since everyone is so friendly chatting about vehicles, weather, and latest gossip, but when it is your turn be sure you will get the same extremely friendly service. Only downside is I wish they would price match or do a better reward system. Even with a business account their prices are often twice as much Amazon/RockAuto.
