Bluffs almost destroyed my 2002 Subaru Legacy. Bluffs supposedly fixed my rack and pinning the same ⅘⁴⁴steering. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment. Got in and waited another approximate week to get it in and supposedly fixed. Since they have no front end alignment equipment, I was told to take the car to Cheyenne for an alignment. So, I drove approximately 50 miles with my steering wheel upside down to Halladay Subaru in Cheyenne. I should not have been told that it was fine to drive my Suby to get the alignment done in Cheyenne. I'm lucky my car was not completely ruined and not be able to work correctly ever again. I was very surprised and angry with Bluffs, as well as disappointed that I paid $1500.00 for this unacceptable service. I will not be back. If you don't know how to work on a Subaru, why tell someone you can. Im very very disappointed. Bring your car in at your own risk. Janet Bashus
The employees at this business went above and beyond to help us after a huge tire blowout between Kimball, NE and Pine Bluffs, WY. Our truck is 25 years old and the spare tire release was rusted and not able to be accessed. We called them at 4:30pm on a weekday. They were able to locate a used rim that they thought might work (it did!) and send the rim and a new balanced tire via ABC Towing (also great!). I know they stayed after closing time in order to help us. They literally saved our Yellowstone trip, as we had numerous reservations that could not be cancelled. We are so grateful to you!!!!
We lost our skid plate on I-80 and it was still hanging on by a couple of bolts. We called ahead, Samantha was so helpful and Jacob got us fixed up quickly. Such amazing service! Strongly recommend

Blew a horse trailer tire on I-80 yesterday. Made it to Bluffs after talking on phone to very nice lady in front office. She assured me they would be able to set us up with a new spare. Prices were so reasonable we had all 4 tires replaced. The guys in the shop got us right in and were SO QUICK! We were able to get back on the road in record time! Great experience! Thanks to all involved!
I was driving down I 80 and.lost a wheel bearing. Went in to pinebluffs and found bluffs auto care. Was a lucky break. They were tremendous and Cyrus was awesome. It's was a fantastic experience and he has a great attitude. He saved me. Hooray for.bluffs auto.
These guys were amazingly accommodating and have a great location. They were able to get me seen right away and get me back on the road. We had a bit of a misunderstanding but they handled me issue with ease. Thank you Bluff's! You are appreciated! 🤍
All I seen was guys walking around looking at their boots, only reason I gave it three stars is they didn't take long to tell me they didn't have what I needed
My car starting throwing a tpms light after leaving Cheyenne so we pulled in to see if they could help us, even though they were about to close they took us right in! Really helpful and polite, definitely recommend!
Our car broke down just outside of town. Went in and talked to them and even though they were super busy they squeezed us in. Very nice and great prices!

We hit 'that pothole' on 80 & cracked a rim. The team could not have been more helpful or more pleasant. What good people! When all else failed they aired up the donut spare & torqued the lugs to spec so we could get to Laramie safely. All For No Charge. God Bless Y'all & Thank You So Very Much.
Our tire was damaged in the middle of the I-80.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could! My husband and I were driving a 28' trailer on our move from Seattle to Florida when we realized one of our trailer tires was melting. We pulled off to Bluffs Car Care and they couldn't have been more of a God send!! Turns out our trailer was overloaded and rubbing on that tire so we had to offload a bunch of stuff. They called a local secondhand store owner for us who came and purchased a bunch of my items and they stayed open late helping us get our huge trailer shifted around and fixed. I asked, worried, when they were closing and the manager said "oh don't worry we can stay, we wouldn't leave you in a bind!" So helpful, quick, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, I couldn't say enough good things. I would highly recommend!!
They were amazing. They got my part right away, and fixed it well before closing time. Thank God, they are closed on the weekends. Very good rates, and also to tires, autos and big rigs. Will go there again without a doubt .
Very Fair and respectful shop. They will treat you well whether you are local or just traveling through. Honest and kind. Horrible service!!! Wouldn't even look at my pickup to see if I needed a tow or if OK to limp into Cheyenne. Very nice tow truck driver let us know within 1 min what was wrong... Tow driver came all the way from Cheyenne. Dennis with Fort Towing was so sweet and helpful. Took us to Cheyenne to get pickup serviced at Affordable Automotive.
Everyone is very friendly. Gary fixed my 7.3 after it had been in different shops for several months. They always find time to take care of me when I need it.
Gary and his crew qs re always professional. They are honest and will tell you when they ate busy and if a different day is better to bring in an issue. Front office ladies are easy to relate to and treat you right!!
I came in with a busted airline on my trailer.
Couldn't make it all the way into the shop, I stopped in the pumps. The mechanic came out and inspected the trailer and drove to get parts and came back to fix my trailer. All under 30 minutes on a cold, snowy Wyoming December day.
As a truckers, our time is very precious this shop respected that.
Had a tire go flat near here and Bluffs Care Care was recommended by our roadside assistance. They were great! Looked at our flat tire, let us know it was shot, and then made sure our spare was up to snuff, and gave us directions to the nearest goodyear tire dealer. In the end, they wouldn't even accept any payment. Great place with great customer service!
Great place!! Our alternator went out on a cross country trip from NY to Seattle and we just barely were able to pull up to this mechanic before the car died. It was the day before they where closing for New Years eve and they didn’t have the part which means we would have been stuck for days. They called around and found an alternator 40 miles away and sent one of there mechanics a hour and twenty minutes round trip to get it for us. Had us back on the road within 3 hours and at a great price!! There are still good, honest people out there and these are definitely some of them.
One of the kindest, nicest, humble yet expert auto service folks I ever had the pleasure of getting service. My all four breaks were out and they accommodated to test the condition knowing my precarious situation on evening while driving from Philadelphia to west coast. Since they didn't have parts, they guided me to next station, giving me their after hours number in case I get stuck in between. Thank you 🙏 In Gratitude
About a week at this place, $1500 in parts and labor, $500 spent in food/motel stuck in the area only to get our car back and break back down 300 miles down the highway with the exact same problem. Absolutely ridiculous. Claimed they checked and tested everything "100% fixed" apparently not. Very unsatisfactory!
