Blew a tire in the middle of nowhere. AAA struggled to get someone to come out and tow us to Cheyenne. Ken was able to come out and help. Was super nice and provided lots of advice for locations and other information

We ran out of fuel coming over the hill and called 3 or 4 people to bring us fuel. The Loves couldn’t help because they are not equipped to help a regular truck. We ended up talking with Ken from ABC towing and he was out quick no questions asked and was very reasonable and professional on his price. Would definitely recommend using.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. He brought the DEF I needed before we could jump start and he also jump started 2 other cars. He was knowledgeable and pleasant even with the extra cars he had not been warned about. Just plain terrific.

They are able to get help to you faster than any other towing company here in Cheyenne area. I highly recommend their services.
Original post: Ken Plum, owner/operator of ABC Towing kept me informed on his location and ETA. When he got here, he went right to work trying to get my spare down from under my truck. We had some issues as the "normal" rod didn't seem to fit properly and wouldn't lower the spare. Eventually we used the square end of the extension rod and were able to get the tire down. After that, everything went smoothly and he was able to replace and put additional air in the spare. Ken was very professional and nice to work with. I would definitely use ABC Towing again. Thank you Ken.

Ken was a lifesaver! He was contacted by AAA and didn’t hesitate to help me tow my car from Scottsbluff, NE back to Aurora, CO despite the inclement weather we had today. I waited for almost a day after being rejecting my 2 towing companies and Ken did an awesome job to help me and my car back safely to CO.

1/21/25 was a FREEZING, ICE COLD, WINDY, HORRIBLE day for a flat tire! It was 0630 when I headed to town for work. I had a flat tire on the highway on my pick up. No one else would pick up the call for roadside assistance, so ABC Towing came to my rescue! He drove from Burns to west of Cheyenne! He had me up and running in no time at all. He left and I waited for just a minute before I took off. He didn't see me leave, so he called me to double check and make sure everything was ok! Wow! What service!! Thank you!!!

My son's car was stranded in Laramie Wyoming and needed to be towed to Denver Colorado. AAA struggle to find a driver that was willing to make that trip, but Ken with ABC towing came to my rescue.

I had a blow out on I25 just north of Carr. I changed the tire to the spare but the spare was flat. I called AAA but they had no one that would take the call. Mind you this was Sunday morning.
ABC Towing came from Pines Bluff to fill my spare with air. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to the owner for coming out to help me. He even followed me to Walmart so I could get a new tire. You just can't find that kind of service now days....thank you Ken!

Ken was nothing short of amazing! I broke down on I80 right at the border between Wyoming and Nebraska in a very barren area. He kept me informed of where he was and how long it would take him to get to me. Very polite, respectful and courteous. He made me feel very comfortable. He loaded my vehicle, fastened it down and chatted with me all the way to a location that i would have to stay for the evening. He told me about the little town, where things were and kinda what to expect. Thank you for your kindness!!!
We were traveling from NC to ID down the 80 West and broke down just after 1am. Did a google search and found ABC Towing. Called them and got in touch with Ken. He was on top of it, went to find us coolant and brought to us on side of freeway at 1:30am. He took us to our preferred choice of hotel then picked us up the next morning then towed our truck and trailer to auto shop. All around great guy and the best service considering the circumstances. If you break down and need help definitely give him a call. Highly recommend.
Ken was a godsend, drove 60 miles to help when I blew out two tires and even called back the next day to make sure I was squared away, premium service and really caring about their customers!
Had a breakdown today along a remote section of 287 and AAA dispatched ABC towing to load up my truck. Driver came to me from over an hour away and kept me informed on whereabouts and arrival times. Took my vehicle 114 miles home and made good use of the time. I'd use them again for sure.
Ken showed up within twenty minutes after he was contacted. We had waited over six hours for another towing company which never did show up. Ken had us hooked up and towed us to a service facility. He was definitely a God send for us because he didn't just leave us there, he helped us load our luggage and took us to the nearest motel. We were on our way home to Ohio after visiting our son and his family in Utah when our vehicle just stopped running. Needless to say we were very concerned and had no idea what we were going to do.Ken made a very difficult situation so much better for us. The transfer case on my Ford F250 failed on I80. Ken arrived promptly and not only towed it to town but also helped us move our belongings into a hotel he recommended. He also gave us Cheyenne recommendations and shuttled me from the garage back to the hotel. I'm ready to move to Cheyenne and have Ken and his family over for barbecue and cocktails.
