Ken went above and beyond - he drove to a tire shop in Pine Bluffs to pick up a new tire and used rim, then drove it out to us and helped my husband mount it. He was so prompt, kind, and efficient. My fave tow company! I called AAA and they did not have a battery for my car and I was in desperate need of one because I had to go to work! Ken was nice enough to pick one up from Walmart and bring it to me. To top things off when there was an error at walmart and the wrong battery was selected, he fixed it.

My motorcycle popped off its trailer on I-80 West and I didn’t have nearly enough strength to get it back on alone. Ken answered the call, arrived promptly, and I swear he had the strength of 3 men. He lifted it on the trailer practically single-handedly. He helped me tie it down and within minutes I was on my way. A true angel in human form, forever grateful for you Ken!

ABC towing is run by Ken Plumb. He is a friend of ours now. If you need a tow and you're in southern Wyoming, he is the one to call. He was prompt in getting to our location, informative of what he was doing, and very understanding of our situation. Our truck broke down while we were pulling our travel trailer and he came to our rescue. He not only got our truck, but also pulled our trailer to a safe place for the night. After taking our truck to the dealership for repairs, he took us to the car rental office so we could get a car to drive home. We recommend him highly!
I had a great experience with our tow truck driver! He stayed in clear communication the whole time and took excellent care of my vehicle while loading it for transport from Nebraska to Cheyenne. He was also incredibly kind to my kids—especially my son, who was so excited to see the tow truck in action. He even let him press buttons and honk the horn! It turned a stressful situation into a surprisingly sweet memory. Highly recommend!

We ran out of fuel coming over the hill and called 3 or 4 people to bring us fuel. The Loves couldn’t help because they are not equipped to help a regular truck. We ended up talking with Ken from ABC towing and he was out quick no questions asked and was very reasonable and professional on his price. Would definitely recommend using.

I had a blow out on I25 just north of Carr. I changed the tire to the spare but the spare was flat. I called AAA but they had no one that would take the call. Mind you this was Sunday morning.
ABC Towing came from Pines Bluff to fill my spare with air. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to the owner for coming out to help me. He even followed me to Walmart so I could get a new tire. You just can't find that kind of service now days....thank you Ken!
We were traveling from NC to ID down the 80 West and broke down just after 1am. Did a google search and found ABC Towing. Called them and got in touch with Ken. He was on top of it, went to find us coolant and brought to us on side of freeway at 1:30am. He took us to our preferred choice of hotel then picked us up the next morning then towed our truck and trailer to auto shop. All around great guy and the best service considering the circumstances. Ken showed up within twenty minutes after he was contacted. We had waited over six hours for another towing company which never did show up. Ken had us hooked up and towed us to a service facility. He was definitely a God send for us because he didn't just leave us there, he helped us load our luggage and took us to the nearest motel. We were on our way home to Ohio after visiting our son and his family in Utah when our vehicle just stopped running. Needless to say we were very concerned and had no idea what we were going to do.Ken made a very difficult situation so much better for us.
