They returned my call quickly and provided great service at a reasonable price. They also got me hooked up with a great mechanic in town. They saved the day and salvaged my trip!

These guys ROCK! Trailer leaf spring broke 10 miles south of Torrington. They rigged it enough to get me into town at a campground. Came out the next morning and swapped the springs. Thanx again fellas!
Helped us out with a quick tow when our truck broke down. Great service very accommodating even went the “extra mile” so to speak giving us a ride to a rental place & letting us leave our rig there for a couple days at no cost while we worked things out. Would 10/10 recommend this place.

They have personalities of a dial tone. told us one us for a certified letter we never got and the worst part you have to pay in cash and use their ATM that only dispenses money $200 at a time and charge you $3 each time

Super helpful and professional. I needed a vehicle towed to a mechanic. Note, this vehicle was a half hour away, an hour round trip. He was able to pick it up in short time, he called to confirm the vehicle and even sent photos with the invoice. I highly recommend Butler's!
Took a chance on calling these guys because google said they would be closed, and these guys were able to pick us up off the side of the highway within the hour, despite a hail storm having wreaked havoc on some of their vehicles moments before us calling. Not only that, but our incredibly kind driver, Chris, recommended us a wonderful mechanic who was able to get us in at the last minute, which is generally nearly impossible. I genuinely don’t know how we could thank Chris enough for going above and beyond to help us, but I figured the least I can do is recommend their services. These guys are good people. We were driving through town making our way to S Dakota when our 5th wheel bearing blew out on us. Doug Butler was so great at helping. He came and assessed the trailer and felt we would be fine securing the axle and driving 10 miles to a shop rather than us inquiring the cost of a Semi flatbed tow. He easily could have just towed us to make money but yet he was very genuine in his help and wasn't worried about anything other than getting us back on our way for our family trip!

I got charged nearly the same price for a night time callout tow for 6 miles one way as i did for a 1 block tow from hotel to shop. Confused, but service was great.
Got a flat on our trailer and wasn't sure if we would find a place open. These guys got us back on the road in about 20min. They were however pretty pricey. Thankful that they got us in and on the road quickly

They were awesome! It was Memorial day. We were stranded in the middle of NOWHERE in Wyoming. After dealing unsuccessfully with insurance for an hour and a half we finally got a great agent who flat-out said they couldn't help us (we were a large pick up towing a 19 ft 5th wheel) and we were better off arranging our own tow and submit for reimbursement. Called Butler Towing about 3:30 in the afternoon, explained the situation and was told they could help us. Within about 30 minutes Chris pulled up, got us hitched up (truck & RV) quick. We had to drive a few miles to find a place we could turn around on the 2 lane hwy. He took us to a little RV site about 10 miles back from where we broke down. He arranged for a shop for us, dropped us, our 3 digs and RV off and then dropped the truck off for us. They went above and beyond anything anyone would or could expect!!!
A sorry excuse for a salvage business, they came and took part of the scrap metal off my property,and we're supposed to come get the rest.. Well they never did, I even called, they say ya, but never did,,, sad business

I needed a local tow. The tow truck driver was quick to show up. He did a great job getting the truck towed. I needed a front wheel spindle, and a hub for my truck. They were able to provide the parts to me quickly and at a good price from their yard. So overall thumbs up to all a Butler's.
Everyone was very helpful! Doug was great to work with and both Justin and Chris were very understanding and helpful and fast. They were gentle with my vehicle and treated me fairly.

Really helped us out when my kids got locked in the car. I was out of town and they came through. And after the rush of getting the car unlocked they didn't even charge us anything. Outstanding people!
We called AAA and they sent a driver who told us his name is Chris from this company out to tow us and he came in his normal car with a starter kit and told us it would of been a hassle and expensive to go back and get the tow truck. It was weird all around and he kept talking about how expensive his equipment is and how we're lucky he even brought it and only did because it was already in his truck. Huge waste of time because now we're stuck here for the night because the other tow companies around are closed.
