Had a pretty stressful situation this morning when my tire lost all 6 lugnuts and stems after a tire rotation. Called Russ and he was at our vehicle in, about, 10 minutes.
To keep the vehicle from further damage, he was creative with getting her loaded up without damage. He drove her all the way to the dealership and made sure we were good before taking off. He was a great blessing in a very stressful situation!
Very nice my wifes car totaled on the Interstate 94 by a Deer strike. The nice Wyo HP called them a wrecker and Russ wrecker came out and got them off the edge of the road and out of harms way. Very helpful when I got to his business and he provided a warm truck cab for them also. He help the ladies unload the personal belongings. A job well done. THANKS!
Russ's Towing and Recovery was fantastic when we needed assistance. We were in a really late night car accident and Russ's not only picked up our vehicle but provided a lot of helpful information on the next steps we would need to take, and how we could still go about getting to our originally planned destination. Their employees were very personable and easy to work with, and I'd highly recommend them for any services that may come up at any time.
Called in case of emergency and he brushed it off and suggested I called elsewhere that was double the distance from RUSS’s towing and RECOVERY
And stated they didn’t “really have someone on call today” thanks for nothing
Fantastic experience with Russ's! We broke down during a road trip in Douglas, WY on a Friday afternoon. They towed us quickly and were able to temporarily fix our problem to get us back on the road. We can't thank them enough!
We had just come out of the mountains camping when the tire blew out on our pop up camper on interstate 25. This company was fair priced and prompt to get us back on the road. The men who serviced our tire were kind, understanding and went beyond to help us. Thanks so much!
These guys went above and beyond. My partner and I were 4 hours into a cross-country move and we broke down on the side of the road. Struggling to get a tow arranged from my car insurance, the off duty mechanic stopped and dropped the company name. We called them and were picked up ASAP. The mechanic gave us a look over when no one else had any room until next week.
The car was not reasonably salvageable, we were stranded. With lots of frantic phone calling, we found a suitable vehicle to buy but it was all the way out in Casper. Incredibly, they were able to help arrange a ride to our destination, and even made sure to stay at the office until we returned with the new car and were able to unload the previous vehicle.
I'm so thankful to this company, they are wonderful and made the stressful situation as pleasant as possible.
We broke down on the way to Washington. The owner told us that he could help. While getting towed we called 3 mechanics that couldn't see today. The owner managed to get our car looked at and was honest and honestly so kind to get us helped and on our way.

Had a blowout on tire on trailer. They offered a tire change at a very reasonable price, but unfortunately the hole pattern didn't line up. So they offered instead to tow us into Wheatland. A very dangerous load up onto their truck with my trailer full of sheetrock. Did an excellent job loading with no breakage to trailer or drywall. Safe delivery of trailer. Right to the spot that I needed it to be. Thank you guys for your hard work and assistance on my unfortunate day. You made my life much better that day with you courteous and professional service. My car locked me out with the keys still inside of it. After 20 minutes trying to fish the keys out with a curtain rod (only thing I could borrow that was long enough), I broke down, borrowed a phone and called Russ. He was there within minutes and got my keys out in no time. This is a Great guy! I highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Russ!

These guys are amazing! My daughter hit some ice and ended up stuck in the bridle path. Ray and Zack, not only pulled the car out, but they drove the car back to Douglas for her, gave her discount cuz she was so upset, and were even willing to take her to a hotel. They made sure she was ok and told her if she needed anything to call. Words cant Express how amazing and kind these guys are!!!!! We need more guys like this in the world, hands down.
Highly recommend this towing company, our car broke down at 2am on the I-25 and Zachary came and rescued us, he was super friendly and made sure we found a hotel and helped us carry our stuff in and everything. Very nice people
In addition to the normal towing service that you expect would be standard from any towing company, these guys definitely went the extra mile! You can have the confidence that they will be the ones to make sure you are taken care of.
I had a flat tire at the hotel. family emergency dictated that I get back to Tennessee ASAP.

Jacob came tot he rescue and loaded my car up and taken to the tire shop.

When we hit a deer at 7:30pm on the night before Thanksgiving, it was a real holiday killer. But Russ's Towing showed up and towed our car to Douglas with no issue. They were extremely flexible in allowing us access over the holiday weekend to collect belongings. And worked with our insurance company to coordinate towing to the repair shop in Denver. Erica was highly communicative and friendly. I would highly recommend!
Awesome service and awesome people to work with! Russ and Erica went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of when we were travelling far from home and needed help. I wish there were more tow services who had their caring, compassionate attitude and great work ethic!
I work out in the middle of nowhere on a rig, probably 10-15 miles from the nearest highway, and got two flat tires. Russ was dispatched to come pick me up and I was given a wait time of 90 minutes. Barely 45 minutes later I got a call from Russ saying he was almost to my location. He navigated the tricky rig roads with no problem and had my car strapped down and ready to go in less than 5 minutes. I was unbelievably stressed about the tire situation, but the second Russ got to me my worries subsided and I knew I was in good hands. He was personable, compassionate, and easy to talk to during our drive to a repair shop. I can't overstate how great this company is, and if I ever have car troubles out here in the future (knock on wood), Russ's Towing is who I'm gonna call.

Russ and Erica were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, professional and courteous. Should you need a tow or any kind of roadside assistance call them first. Don't mess around with any other tow services. They came out to get me on a remote road and when Google messed up with my location Russ knew it right away and called me to confirm that Google in fact cannot navigate well in rural Wyoming. We had a great conversation and the whole time I was thankful they were helping me out.
Wow! My truck broke down on the roadside - 6 miles north of Douglas (dark, cold, and snowy of course) and Russ' towing service was there in less than an hour (not to mention they were way cheaper than the other places I called) - talk about great emergency roadside assistance that didn't drain my wallet! It was late, no stores were open to get parts yet Russ and Ray worked on my truck until after midnight and got me back on the road! These folks are unbelievable, salt of the Earth, a rarity today!
We broke down on vacation and fully expected to have to cancel the rest of our trip. Not only was the tow extremely fast but our problem was fixed by our driver in less than an hour. The shop recommended by our insurance would have taken 2 days for the repair. By far the best service I've ever had with a tow company.
Extremely nice company. Helped me out even though it wasn't necessary. You'll never have to worry about if you're getting the best service or not, because you're dealing with the best tow company in Wyoming!
