Trying to set up an tow, tell them the intersection I’m at, dude is rude says never heard of where I’m at, tell em it’s NE of Laramie , even over my GPS coordinates, says we don’t use those… it’s 2026 if you as an company don’t know how to use longitude and latitude, prob should leave it to the professionals
He gives you one price at frist, then later charge you an extra $150. Very unprofessional and misleading. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with him.

AAA sent Warren’s to my rescue when my RV recently broke down, and I couldn't have been in better hands.
Clay came out to assess the situation and troubleshoot the issue. It turned out to be a tricky recovery, and he had to make a second trip — this time with a flatbed and an additional truck — just to get the RV out of its tight spot so it could be towed. What they managed to pull off getting it loaded was honestly kind of miraculous.
Clay even took the time to personally update the mechanic I had already chosen, walking them through everything he had found. That extra step really stood out.
If I didn’t already have a local mechanic I love, I would’ve absolutely trusted Warren’s to handle the repairs — they were Amazing. Truly excellent customer service from start to finish.
This company went above and beyond the call of duty by taking an extra couple minutes to drop me off at a hotel after dropping off my vehicle and by sharing with me extra paperwork that I needed in order to recoup the cost of the tow from the party that was responsible for the mishap. I am very grateful!
Was so grateful I was referred to Warren's Towing to get my stranded van at the Fireworks place 15 miles out of town. The pricing was very reasonable and Clay was supportive of me and gave great advice on the cause of my vehicle's problems which a local dealership couldn't get to the bottom of--despite numerous attempts. I took his input and replaced my radiator. Clay is a man who cares and seems to love his job. My van is up and running again and I gained a mechanic if I need one in the future. Thanks Warren's! We are so happy with the tow and repair service we received from Warren’s Repair and Towing in Laramie, WY. A very big thanks to Clay who worked with us over the phone while we were stranded on the highway, was patient with us, took the time to try and diagnose the problem over the phone (turns out he was spot on about the diagnosis), arranged the tow truck, and did the repairs next day too! He can do it all and does great work. Sergio and Jack did a great job finding us on Interstate 80, hooking up our 27 ft RV and letting us ride in the truck with them. They were proficient and efficient, and kind and friendly. We had an interesting and memorable conversation too. And in our opinion, tow truck drivers are hero’s, especially ones like Clay, Sergio, and Jack who tow all kinds of vehicles, RV’s and semi trucks and in the middle of winter too. God only knows how many lives have been saved and property protected because of people like them. Also, Warren’s let us sleep in our RV overnight on their property which saved us hotel and car costs. We were all fixed and back on the road in a little over 24 hours. We were in good and capable hands and our experience at Warren’s has increased our faith in the goodness and expertise of people. The most reputable towing company provides reasonable pricing. This towing company is recognized for its fair pricing and being very on time. They said 45 minutes, and they were there in 45 minutes. I advise caution regarding I-80 Towing Company, as they are involved in fraudulent activities.
