We are so incredibly appreciative for Chris at Nieman’s! My kid put it in the ditch today, Christmas Day, and Chris was fast and incredibly kind and the price wasn’t increased because of the holiday. My kid is appreciative too!
Literally the best, roadside left me for 2 hours and so I called these guys and they were there in 15m and gave me a much better deal, not only that but afterwards helped me change a tire of the rim. On my best friends soul this is the best place with awesome people.
I'm glad to see you have a very good service rating but if you have a new driver for the new looking, big beautiful truck with the attached cat type machine in the bed get rid of him as a driver! 4:40 Sat. he jumped the red light during heavy traffic and took off like a bat out of hell, tailgating a small SUV so that we're sure the driver couldn't see his front bumper. The SUV pulled into the other lane as soon as he could and the Neiman driver put the petal to the metal. At 16th he had time too stop for the yellow light but he barreled through. Your advertisement is big and bold on the truck. I would want my drivers to respect the name while rushing to be first at an accident.
My truck broke down today and needed a tow. Their driver Jeremy was awesome! Super helpful and went above and beyond to help me while I was stranded a long ways from home. Stuck on a Sunday is tough but he helped me locate a rental car and went out of his way to get me to their location. Also recommended a great shop where I was able to leave my disabled truck.
Prompt service with exceptional care taken moving my truck. Had them pick up my 56 Chevy pickup to get new exhaust put on it and then brought back to my place. Reasonably priced and very prompt. They were even willing to work around the bad weather so my project truck was not out in the weather.
I used Nieman's towing a few times a year at my business. They are always extremely friendly and do a great job, There equipment is always clean. When we bury a forklift in the dirt or need a tractor picked up or a car picked up they are always available. Amber is always super helpful and tells me right away what I can expect and when. I have never had a failed mission. I would highly recommend. As a small business owner myself I can greatly appreciate the hard work they do.

Guy came all the way from rapids to plover to come get me. Said someone would be there in 45 min and he showed up in about 35-40 which was great. Offered to let me sit in the truck to stay warm even. Great service all around!

I can’t express how thankful we are for Neiman’s!!! Sunday evening we got stranded in Wisconsin Dells because our battery took a crap and no tow companies over in that area would help us. We live in Nekoosa and needed our vehicle towed from Dells back to Nekoosa. They went out of their way to help us and it cost way less then any other places quoted and no other place would do it anyways. Thank you so much Neiman’s!! They are definitely the go to towing company!

I had the luck of getting my buck this year for hunting season… sadly it was with the front of my car. I called Nieman’s and the driver (Jeremy) had arrived within 15 minutes (this was an after hours call as well) He had my car loaded up before I was done speaking with the officer and kindly offered me a ride home so I didn’t have to deal with added stress. He offered just the right amount of comical relief during the drive to lighten the mood. So thankful for Niemans and their amazing quick courteous and professional staff.
My car broke down on a rural road, I wasn't from the area, called and was towed and had my car dropped at a local repair shop and got a ride to a hotel all within about an hour with friendly service. This was also outside of 9-5 hours most have. I'd recommend 100%
I busted a control arm on Hwy 186, the flatbed was there in 30 mins, towed my rig n trailer, and got me to a shop for a very reasonable price! I was on the road by noon next morning. They made a bad situation go smoothly. Thanks!
We may have gotten into a situation over Memorial Day weekend with our UTV in Nekoosa. We called Niemans, Chris showed up super fast for the distance he had to travel. He showed up with everything he needed and got us back on the road in NO time! Thanks again Chris!

Live in Neillsville, broke down in Rapids. Called Nieman's and they were there within a half hour. Steve was great, he cares and was a good conversationalist. Best towing service I've ever used and I will suggest their service to anyone.
I'm a truck driver, out of town.... I needed my f750 towed to a shop... it was at a friend's house.. these guys hooked it within the hour and had it at the shop. They gave me zero grief. Fast, efficient and professional...
However, I would suggest the next time I call for a jump on my big rig, don't treat me like a sparhawk company driver and tell me what I need and refuse to jump my truck. I'm an OO, I know my truck, and knew the batteries were drained from leaving a light on.

Other than having to wait an hour, the service was great. Locked my keys in the car with it running. The police wouldn't help and referred me to Nieman's. The employee was very nice and quickly opened the car.
They guy who came out was very nice and helpful. The towing process was quick, easy and cheap. He really did try to ease my mind to make sure it wasn't my battery before towing the car in for the mechanic.

Also had an issue with my boat that I called them to help with and they came and helped me and would not take payment. Unbelievable old fashioned kind of service you just can’t find anymore. Niemans towing service helped me escape my situation with no damage. I was parking along a county rd when the weight of my camper was more than the edge of the road would hold. My 43 ft camper weighs almost 20k and they helped me get back on the road with absolutely no damage at all!! Highly recommend these guys for any towing needs. Very professional!! Thanks again guys!! You were amazing!!
Very, very good guys. I stocked in a ditch with my 18 wheeler truck 🚛, called them to help me out , and they showed up in 10 minutes. I was completely loaded 44 000 pounds of sugar. It took them only 15 minutes to pull me out. The price was not high . I am completely satisfied. 😃.
Ended up being moved five feet, as I was stuck in the snow. Charged 150.00. I could not afford and they threatened to take my vehicle. Had to give them my debit card as collateral. Called to find out their hours, as I had stopped by at 5:30 to pay. Saw their hours as 9 to 6 pm. Called to ask and was told 9 to 5. Rude man on the line said they don't take orders when I suggested they change that.
Don't use niemans.
