I cannot recommend Miller Auto in Omro, Wisconsin enough. Mr. Brandon Miller went far beyond what anyone would expect, giving me his time, care, and honest guidance for my Tesla Model Y — even though I live and work in Los Angeles, California, and he knew I wouldn’t be bringing my car to his shop.
What touched me the most was the sincerity and attentiveness he showed despite the distance. After watching one of his YouTube videos, he treated me with genuine kindness and professionalism, as if I were right there in Wisconsin. That level of integrity and generosity is so rare these days, and it speaks volumes about who he is and the values of Miller Auto.

My experience here was truly outstanding. Brian was prompt, professional, and quick to address any questions I had throughout the process. After purchasing my vehicle, I encountered a couple of unexpected issues—which can happen with used cars. What really stood out was how the situation was handled. Without hesitation, Brian took care of the repairs at no cost to me.
That kind of customer service is rare, and it showed me that they genuinely stand behind the vehicles they sell. I’ve purchased enough cars over the years to know how unusual this level of integrity and support is. This is a great place to buy a car, run by wonderful, trustworthy people. Amazing company!! Bought a 2013 Jetta Hybrid from them about 2 years. No issues with the car it’s been amazing. Only had a minor issue with an open recall on the car. VW dealership wouldn’t help me but Miller went above and beyond to accommodate me and help solve the problem. They are a really incredible company with some of the nicest people I have ever met.

My husband and I had a great experience with these people. From Brian dealing with getting the deal all set up, to Brandon staying after hours to complete this deal. Was A very challenging one, but he stuck with it and made it happen. He did everything he could to make sure we didnt leave with out the car. We are now the proud owner of a beautiful Chrysler 300 . Very nice clean car. We were very happy with the friendly service we received. Would definitely suggest if your looking for a car start there. Will be going back..
Austin is a SAINT! All things came together perfectly despite getting a really bad flat tire just before the auto body shop on Hwy 21. Austin came to the rescue and switched out my tire for me while also ensuring it was safe to put back on the road. He wouldn’t accept any compensation so the least I can do is give this review. My family and I were traveling back home from vacation on a Sunday night and our keys got locked in the car. Thank goodness for Miller Auto Towing! They were extremely prompt and courteous and had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I also thought the price was extremely reasonable given the situation. I just bought my first hybrid car, a 2013 Ford C-MAX, from this very small, family-owned dealership, service, and towing business. They do not even attempt to sell vehicles that are not in A-1 top condition, and with that, at an incredibly fair and reasonable price! I've had my C-MAX for all of 3 days now and it is possibly the best car I've ever owned in my 35+ years of driving (including 2 brand new, off the line). I cannot express how incredibly impressed and I was with the knowledge and friendliness of these people!! I would give them 10 stars... 100 stars if it were possible! They have certainly earned my respect, gratitude, and appreciation. Moreover, they've now earned a dedicated towing and/or service customer for life!
Recently had an excellent experience at Miller Auto and Towing. They were straightforward about pricing, flexible with scheduling, and very professional to work with. I would definitely recommend these folks. Had a complete suspension swap done and everything was as described, done on time, and professionally explained at the end. Really top notch experience.

Pros: Extremely nice owners, friendly and positive customer service. Provided great work on my older dodge truck ( fuel pump and tank). Bought a used car from them ,great price. They've provided service on any issues that have come up since purchase(brakes/calipers). Fair part costs.
