Steinke auto is the place to shop for vehicles and also to get vehicles fixed.they are great at what they do. I bought a vehicle there a little over a year ago and any time I had problems they fixed it and worked around my schedule and always had a loaner for me. They really go above and beyond.
I have bought 2 trucks from paul now. He always go above and beyond on customer service. This is the only dealership I am interested in dealing with always a great experience!
Great experience at Steinkes. Brought in car after deer damage. Immediately was given loaner vehicle. Fixed in timely manner and quality was top notch. Would recommend to others. Great job!

From out of town and had a some issues with brake lines at master cylinder. They were able to repair it sooner than stated and pricing was very reasonable. Very professional and friendly guys. Treat you like family.
This is a wonderful place to have all your auto repairs done! I've been coming here over the past five years and I'll keep coming back. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Very honest people, the repair service is amazing, and their rates are very reasonable. I would recommend this place for all of your automotive needs over any other repair shop or dealership.

These guys are excellent... I hit a deer doing 55mph at 6am. Lots of damage... A Clintonville police officer stopped by to assist me. Very helpful and professional... He contacted Steinke. They showed up to tow me in only minutes. The tow driver gave me a ride to their garage. Minutes later I was in a loaner car. Less than two weeks later my truck was ready. Couldn't be happier. Great people. Very friendly. Great work. Thanks guys!
Above and beyond service. Gave me more than a fair my trade in, was willing to meet me after hours so I could get the vehicle I wanted. Would definitely go back again.
Not too hot drove 1.5 hrs to see nobody there and van looked like it was drug over the mountains to get it back home skid plate missing and oil pan looked dented

Have to watch out for the vehicles that they sell as is and you will have issues and they are all so high priced for what you get since I put this out they've been having better vehicles on their lot
My nineteen-year-old daughter recently bought a used car from Steinke Auto. She drove the car gently and kept up on scheduled maintenance. Within a few months, we had to put in a thousand dollars' worth of front end work, and within six months of the purchase date, the engine was shot, with metal shavings in the oil.
Since bringing these issues to the attention of Steinke Auto (and I can't imagine that these issues weren't known about prior to the sale), there has been no reasonable attempt to make things right, and they now appear to be avoiding contact.
Very disappointed.
Our daughter's car broke down in the area and we had it towed to Steinke Auto. We worked with Paul who allowed us to keep the car in his lot while we figured out what we were going to do. We did look at the vehicles for sale at Steinke because we really wanted to purchase one from them, but there were not any vehicles in my daughter's price range because she is in college and just doesn't have the funds. Even though we did not purchase a vehicle from them, Paul was incredible. He was fine with us leaving the vehicle until Rawhide could come pick it up and he even went as far as taking her license plates off for us so we didn't have to worry about bringing tools and trying to get the plates off. We truly appreciate Paul's kindness and customer service!

Bought a used vehicle Monday September 14th 2020. Was a no hassle process. Any issues or concerns with the vehicle were addressed immediately with no hassles. At no time during to whole process did i feel uncertain about the sales process. Greatly appreciated the honesty and professional service.
I had emergency work that needed to be done and Josh and Paul went above and beyond to help me out. They got right at my car as soon as it arrived and lent me a loaner vehicle. The work was done on time and for a reasonable fee. They're very friendly and professional.
These guys really went above and beyond. My sister had a flat tire with no means of changing it herself. She called me to help, but I live an hour away. I called Steinke and explained the situation and they drove to her location and changed it for her, after hours! What's more they did it at no charge! I definitely reccomend Steinke if you want an auto service shop that cares! Thanks again guys!!
